I unfortunately just went through the drive-through at 3:15 in the evening trying to get a chicken Cobb salad and I asked them to swap the grilled chicken for spicy chicken however according to the south Salisbury location their manager says they are not allowed to sub the grilled chicken For spicy chicken so I had to buy a whole other piece of spicy chicken just to eat the salad if you ask me that’s robbery but whatever. The only explanation is The manager says that we cannot do it. How ever google then they did not give me the grilled chicken to go with the salad that I had to pay for along with the extra spicy chicken. What’s an absolute joke. Will not be coming back here at all!!!

My Fiancé ordered fries and a drink while i was at work and she texted me and showing pictures of the food looking like something/someone was muching on her fries. Her drink she ordered too tasted gross and thick like someone spit in her drink and considering how every time we order here its either nasty or wrong im calling the health department tomorrow morning and wendys never answers there phone when u have a issue so im honestly done with this place and im absolutely pissed off that it made my lady throw up as soon as she started eating her food because of this.

Wendy's North Salisbury had a worker that had the dirtiest fingernails that made my stomach turn🤢, the other employee didn't look much cleaner, Gloves meed to be used at all times by all employee along with hygiene checks. Dirty people fixing other people's food is a zero for me. Wendy's south anytime of the day the drive thru line is always extra long and the food is Always cold and old. Instead of building a new Wendy's in Princess Anne they just need to close them all back down they lost their quality of good food years ago 🤢🤮

It's been several times that I arrive at 12am and they tell me that they are closed and I see people inside eating... I don't know if the employees themselves close or what happens but sometimes it's open and sometimes not (everything happened to me in self-service)

They play too much in here. Touching their phones and or hair then making food. They never have mayo and can not make special orders correct. All I wanted was mayo and mustard and they put everything else on it but what I wanted. I came back twice and they still got it wrong.
The orders are never right, fries soggy and sometimes cold, sandwiches/wraps always thrown together sloppily. I mean it looks clean enough but the food quality is the worst Wendy's I've had.
