It's been years since I had Wendy's and I was not disappointed at all. I was impressed really how much things had changed and for the good in my opinion. Clean, fast, nice workers, got fresh food when I ordered not things that has been sitting around for hours.

The food is good. Sometimes you have to wait too long even though the line is not long. On my last visit the floor was so slippery that I couldn’t walk, I had to slide like on ice to avoid falling. Guys, you have to clean the floor from grease better.

Can't rate the food. Fortunately, and unfortunately i had to use the restroom first. Can't even describe what i found. But even worst, no hand soap. And almost fell at entering, whatever they use to "clean" their floor, is not the correct chemical. So no, i didn't order any food.

The young lady taking my order was incredibly rude. Then rude again when I got to the window. I checked my bag because I knew she wasn't listening, sure enough missing food and salad dressing. When I said I needed more nuggets she said I only rang you for one - I said I see that, I asked for four. She didn't want to ring me up for more let alone get them. The other girl that handed me the food was sweet and courteous. Hire more people like her to involved with the public

Ok so usually go for breakfast , the food is usually good but the customer service is seriously lacking. I've stood there while the people working back there are looking right at me but ignore me. 15/20 mins just acting like I'm not there. Then there's one dude that will have a whole attitude when he finally does stop ignoring you and take your order. Especially if you go there close to breakfast being over. But I get there and after being ignored breakfast is almost over when he finally ask me what I wanted. There's one woman who works there in the morning that's is great tho, I really wish I got her name. She's corrected the dude before when he was trying to give me regular fries in place of my breakfast potatoes becuase he didn't wanna cook anymore and it was still breakfast time technically. She deff has a management vibe so might be the boss. The final straw for me was it's about to be December and it's currently 30 degrees outside, go to wendys fir some chili cause that sounds great....NO CHILI! how does wendys not have chili ! That's the whole reason we went there. I'm just saying it's winter and Wendys Chili is a go to when you can actually get. So basically the wait time and being ignored, the crazy attitude from employees in the morning and the lack of products like chili sucks.
They were busy in the drive through and it took a little longer to get our food. However, the food was hot and delicious.

I got a bowl with chicken. The portions were so small that for what I paid. I felt like I got a child’s meal and paid for an adult’s. Take it from me if you want Chipotle go to the store at north. At least you will get your moneys worth.
