Discovered Mikkskakes at Springfield Mall and am SO GLAD I DID! In addition to her innovative creations -- ie strawberry shortcake cinnamon buns -- Mikki offers southern comfort desserts that you typically won't find outside of potlucks and bake sales like sweet potato cake and 7-up cake! I particularly LOVED the caramel banana pudding/cake! The cake itself was so moist, and the frosting had the perfect amount of sweetness/thickness so that it was flavorful but not overpowering. And the pudding was deliciously nostalgic. Can't wait to go back and try more!

My trip to the movies Ms. Mikki sent me with her infamous caramel apple and red velvet cake the pieces were literally falling off the fork cake was soft! I’ll definitely be back! Her cookies were giving crumbl but my more flavor!!!!

Had the chance to try these incredible cupcakes from the flea market pop up, and wow… they did not disappoint! The flavor was rich and balanced, the texture soft and fluffy, and the sweetness just right, enough to satisfy without being overpowering. Each bite honestly felt like it was made with care and quality ingredients. Easily a 10/10 experience, and I’d go back just for these cupcakes alone. If you’re at the market, do yourself a favor and grab one (or three). An absolute must-try!

Next time I'm in Baltimore I definitely know where I'm going to forfill my sweet tooth needs.
