This Subway's on lanham severn rd. Is a great place to get a good sub . I did the FLBOLO promotion and was pleasantly pleased by the size and weight of the sub. Professionally made in my opinion. Don't forget to leave a good tip to the girls inside... they do a great job !

The worse subway I have ever visited.
Spinach was old like 10 days and was turning black. I ask the person and he said his delivery will come tomorrow. So why then he put the old one for customer? I will never visit that location again

My spouse and I arrived and parked at the Subway at 9:24 pm. Based on the hours online and printed on the door, they close at 10 pm. When my spouse went to open the door, the store attendant locked the door in his face, told him no, proceeded to walk away to turn off the lights as if the lights weren’t just on, and sat back down to continue scrolling on his phone. Poor customer service and will not be going back to this location.

Don't listen to the reviews, most of them are just botted reviews. I ordered some food for delivery. The dasher did not send the order to my house. I respectfully called subway to resolve this issue by asking for a refund. The person at the phone which I believe is the manager was rudely brushing me off. He would not listen to anything I say and disrespectfully keep on hanging up on me. I call and call again to get my issue resolved and he keeps on cutting me off every time I try to respectfully explain my issue to them and end up hanging up abruptly. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen from any restaurant because the owner of this particular subway restaurant kept on being rude and aggressive. At the end of the day, I still have not got my issue resolved.

Never coming to subway ever. Couldn’t get my food because my father paid for it.
I used to love getting sandwiches and salad from subway,,But I have noticed lately that the meat that's being used is cut so thin that it's almost see though,,I still like that the bread is baked in store. So sometimes I have to think twice about going to Subway
They need to respect and go by the time the store says it close and not do what they want and close whenever they want to smh.
