Keith & Sons Soul Food

On Thursday 9/26 I just arrived from Miami and wanted some Soul Food. I ordered jerk chicken wings ( ok not what I expected), cabbage (seasoned well), and the sweet potatoes ( wasn't fully cooked through and bland). I was very disappointed. They wanted to charge $2.89 for a cup of ice (CRAZY). KEITH AND SON doesn't have to worry about me again.

This store on Martin Luther king Avenue has been close for a while.

Ordered the chicken sandwich to go and it was mediocre at best. The bun it was on was not good. It should come with fries on the side but it did not.

This is the place for soul food. The selection is great. The food is very tasty and delicious. Why cook when Keith & Sons does it for you?

Fill your belly, not fancy. Chicken: meh, yams: good, Big portions, great for leftovers. Grandma's vibe, no fancy dining, worth a try for hungry folks.

Small local soul food resturant. Good food prepared fresh. Small with just a few table and chairs, is really a take out place.The salmon and rice was good a generous portion.

What happened to this historic gem of the county? From the early age of 9, I have known Keith & Sons to hug your soul after tasting any and everything on the menu. It has been about two years since I've returned; this hurts. Chicken fried, soft, and bland. Yams out of the can. I'm not ready to describe the Mac and cheese just yet. My drink was even off. I'm beyond disappointed.… confused, and sad that this is now what expected.

Breakfast is good All the breakfast but they don't always have the strawberry. Blueberry banana pancakes as shown on the menu still good for the price to ?

I visited this place specifically for a fish dinner only to find that the only seafood they had was salmon???. They have fish listed on the menu, but there was none.
