McDonald's

When a business starts to cut corners like adding water and sugar to leftover tea to stretch it, a person has to wonder where else are they cutting corners. This is concerning. Service is always great when I go here but this is below standard. People work hard for the money they choose to spend with you. Give people what they pay for, this is outright unacceptable.

Ask the store to make a big mac but use the quarter pounder patties. They put everything from the quarter pounder sandwich plus everything from the big mac. My son was passed we tried calling them back because we were home when he opened the sandwich no answer to the phone email full cant leave message all in all not happy because the order was clear and it still was made wrong...basically all they had to do was use the quarter pounder patties on the big mac sandwich and that was it...good somewhere else not worth the headache!!!!

The only McDonald's I have ever been the refuse refills for customers.This place sucks avoid this place at all costs or different ones.There's so many around.

Customer service in the late afternoon and evening is horrible. I'm usually in the drive thru, and staff is always on their cell phones. Needless to say, my order is wrong or missing items 8/10.

This McDonald's normally gets my order right more so than other McDonald's I've encountered.

12/04/2025- great last minute pick up after “ Choir Practice”! The staff was alert, kind, and the line was fast! The food was fresh, hot, and yummy! I forgot to add my lettuce and tomatoes onto my Fish Filet Meal ( order) and the pick up window team member placed the lettuce and Tomatoe into separate side containers! Wonderful! Loved the mindfulness to serve and please me, ( the Customer)!!! Kudos to KS#13 Order no. 74 at 9:09 pm!!!

Ordered doordash, when I got my food everything else in my order was fine but the McCrispy that I was most excited for was flat and burnt. I usually avoid coming to this location because it’s always a problem but I couldn’t control where my DoorDash delivery came from through the McDonald’s App.

The service was fine. The people were cleaning the leaves and dirt was flying everywhere. It was very loud and I had to move up where I had to pay to make my order
Other than that. The food was hot. I would recommend.

Horrible service!! Poor drive thru customer service. Quality of food is not good at all. When you reach out via email or phone.....NO ONE responds.

Worst McDonald's I have been to.. Went thru the drive thru and the food was terrible, dry and plain although I ordered a deluxe. People at this place don't act like they wanna work at all. Might as well stay home with that kind of attitude. Hire better staff! It always starts from the top!
