He was courteous. He was respectful. He was polite.He was friendly. He respected my wish for a Made to Order Hot Quarter Pound w/cheese meal Hot Fries and a Hot Filet Fish Sandwich. I had a ways to travel home and my food was still quite warm when I arrived. Enjoyable. Overall for once it was a Great Experience.KUDOS & SHOUT OUT TO ALEX!!! I'm not sure what's going on with this particular place, fries always cold and if you ask for extras mac sauce they go overboard, couldn't even pick sandwich up extra means a little extra not saturate the sandwich to oblivion.

Fries were too salty gave them back and asked for fries with no salt, fries were exchanged I didn't check them got home fries were warm and still had salt. McDouble and McChicken warm not hot. That is my neighborhood McDonald's that's why I went, will never go again. Highly disappointed wish I could've gave them NO STARS!!!!!!

The service is really good I'm not going to lie . Very respectful and communicative workers . However there seems to always be an issue with the preparation of food . It seems the oil is never changed and the food is never fresh . I was served mushy nuggets with black specs all over them like the grease has been dirty for quite some time . It's simply unacceptable. Management is not doing there job!
Ordered in drive thru, long wait and received cold food. One of my chicken sandwiches had a random piece of a slice of cheese in it..(either remade a sandwich that was already made or cross contamination..idk) Spanish manager and Spanish man at the window apologized and replaced it. Food quality wasn't good or fresh but good customer service!

Most Workers have attitudes and are messy not sanitary or professional and that is a red flag and problem/concern to me and to alot of people I'm sure..all I wanna say is if you d as not come to work and fo your job the professional and right way then please dont come especially dealing with food and such..Also especially that most the food handled or cooked is served to children big no no get it together people and do better
