If you want to judge a restaurant go to theI bathrooms.Completely disgusting . Secondly I asked him for a grilled chicken and he charged me for chicken strip sub . $2.50 more
Okay not the end of the world but I am confident I am not the only victim . He didn’t want to make right just said do I want it or not.

I ordered through the Subway app, and the store forgot to put my chips and drink in the bag and my Moms chicken bacon ranch sandwich was on the wrong bread, and my bread wasn’t toasted like I asked. They told me I could come back, but I’m literally on bed rest so why not just refund me?? I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

Terrible customer service. I had to yell for someone in the back to help him and when the lady came out, I stated that "it's ashamed I have 2 yell 4 someone 2 help me", and her response "excuse me" as if what I just said was not facts.

Wow!! I have not ever posted a rating for this subway sandwich shop. Simple request to cut my sandwich into 3part that in only 2 cut and when I request the way I wanted cut sandwich maker looks at me and he makes some Grunting noise and cuts it in half. Have been coming here for over 13 years received the worst experience EVER WONT BE BACK!!!! He asked me if there would be any more I said not from here!!!!

The male worker at this Subway was very rude and never honors any coupons Subway prints out. For example, I had a buy footlong, get one free coupon. My son wanted The Great Garlic sub. Bacon comes on the sub, as listed in the ingredients that is advertised on their menu. He tried to say that this is extra and there is an additional charge. He also said that the coupon does not cover this. I told him that my son didn't request extra bacon, he just wanted the sub as it was listed on the menu. He got very nasty with me, and I told him that I would report him to the corporate office and left. I went to another Subway and they honored the coupon and these young ladies were very professional and gave great customer service. The restaurant was very clean and the food was neatly organized. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SEAT PLEASANT LOCATION!! The man is very rude to customers in our community, doesn't honor Subway's coupons as written, AND CHEATS and ROBS CUSTOMERS BY OVERCHARGING FOR ITEMS THAT AUTOMATICALLY COME ON THE SUB!!

On 6/22/23 at about 1:30pm, I went to this subway location for the first time. To my surprise, I was verbally attacked and disrespected by a ignorant female staff who felt very comfortable doing so.As I discussed with a male staff who was assisting me with my mom’s order. I noticed the lettuce he was about to use looked old. So, I asked if I can get it from the other container. This is when the female staff said, “You’re picky, right? But you’re using a coupon”. I said, “Excuse me. Yes, I am”. I was baffled by her unprofessionalism. If subway provide coupons for customers to use, then I’m going to take advantage of it and shouldn’t be criticized or attacked by staff for doing so.Her poor behavior is definitely unacceptable. It was unnecessary, offensive, embarrassing, inappropriate, disrespectful and highly disappointing. She strongly needs customer service training. In the meantime, she shouldn’t be allowed to interact with customers. I’m glad, I was able to express how I felt about her poor conduct before exiting. The nerve of her to attack me like that because I asked for better lettuce. I’m paying my money and have a right to be picky. Because of her, I will never go to this location again. I hope the manager reviewed the video.

Great subway location with friendly staff. Ingredients looked fresh and the place was well maintained. I made my own sandwich that i wanted and it was fast service, it wasn’t busy at all for a saturday .

I love the footlong meatball sub with pepper jack cheese with oregano and parmesan cheese and chipotle southwest sauce! I sometimes add more but imo subway always hits home!

I usually come in after or before a workout sesh. I get the same sandwich every time. This time they had flies around the food and it stood on my sandwich, meanwhile they did nothing to get the flies off my sandwich. They also get upset when they don’t receive tips. I also get different prices for the same exact sandwich I get which is fishy to me. They always seem to increase the price on me when I always get the same thing.
