The store does have separate register for Auntie Anne’s , the ppl over behave very rude to customer . They don’t have system that is ready for pick up order online. BETTER AVIOD THE STORE FOR ANYTHING.

We went early morning and yummy yummy!! I love their plain pretzel with icing dip! So good. Store was clean as well. Pretzels fresh but it could be because of the time of day. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by again.

Staff here are very unprofessional and refuses to accept the terms of the BOGO coupon and tried to add stipulations that were not in it. The manager also was not helpful and would not come over and was shouting over the store. Avoid this store and go to another.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting and the employees are just as bad. This location doesn't take Auntie Annie's rewards and they acted as if they did until I reached the register where their response was "This is Subway." Would have been nice to be told this as I pulled up my rewards and asked what the coupon qualified for. The case holding the pretzels looked horrible and the frost bitten toppings at the connecting Subway was equally bad.

this is not for this location but the walmart on ordance road. i will never go there ever again. i don't care if fire is coming from my throat!! to make a story short i was called a black b**ch!! they didn't know i speak spanish until i returned fire back to them in spanish. then they got the "oh she knew s*** face". any location will never get my business

This Auntie Anne's has greasy pretzels, especially the nuggets. Waste of money.
Had the worst service at this location from the sandwich maker JC. While she was making our dinner, she showed us how much she doesn't care about our business. She threw on the ingredients in a incredibly sloppy fashion with an attitude no one deserves while paying a premium price for a sub. I've never received a sub with ingredients so poorly and unevenly displayed that it became almost unappealing and unappetizing. Will certainly not eat here again if JC is behind the counter. Eat fresh, but not here!

Hello, subway inside the superwalmart of severn MD. This is me Rachel. Today at the evening time i came with my kids to have a sub. There a lady named Faria,i told her to get me chicken breast footlong Italian sub with chicken, bread and cheese toasted seperately. Instead of doing that she gave me a bread with chipotle sauce. she was not paying attention at all what i was saying they were taking each other with their mates. Later on, i told her mam thats wrong sub what u made. she started yelling at me. I felt so disrespectful and i told her that mam you got to listen me what i was saying. she was so rude with me and started talking each other in their language. This is completely not fair at all. Wallmart is the place where i get every stuffs. And also i always get sub from there. She is behaving frequently like this to me. whenever i go. i thought they didn't understand me so i let it there only. But this is the third time she did me like this. And the employess do not have their name tag on it. so its hard to figure out for me. . The other lady named Aliya who has cloth in head all the time she did disrespect me. Instead of saying sorry she started arguing with me. And lateron, Manager was there i told him what is the ladies name ? he was not ready to give their name to me but at last he gave their name. Subway is a franchise how come they don't have a name tag? I alsop told him your staff behave rude to me. He didn't say anything. Infact, he told me You have to be careful from next time if you want to take sub. This is really disgusting and disrespectful to me and also to the customers who comes over there. I have never ever seen this kind of employe in my life.
