“The tamales caught me a little off guard. Chicken and vegetables in a very moist masa. Very different than the tamales I'm familiar with in Mexico, but tasty. The price of a tamale was $1.86. The menu was broad and varied, and prices very reasonable. The very casual exterior and interior will send a lot of people away. Most people don't come to Annapolis to eat at a strip mall restaurant with plastic table clothes, but it's a nice change of pace if you live in the area, or have just grown weary of traditional Maryland food. We'll go back.“

“Was told he had the best hot dogs and did not disappoint. Got two dogs with chili and all fixings with onions and peppers. Usually not a big fan of mustard but it completed the whole thing and made it taste incredible. Very filling and Wayne himself is a joy to converse with, familiar with the area and friendly to all. Prices are fair and quick to serve. Highly recommend and will be stopping by again.“

“1000/10!! I booked BricknFire Pizza Co. for my sister’s bridal shower, and it was everything I’d hoped for and more! The display and pizza were incredible, and all the guests we had with a gluten allergy (including myself) were so impressed with the quality of the gluten free crust! It’s very hard to find a gf pizza that matches the taste and texture of a regular pizza, and they nailed it!! I cannot say enough about the service provided by the young men who worked the day of. They were prompt, organized, polite, professional and just generally amazing. Upon arrival of one of the co-hosts for our party, one of the gentleman with the company even assisted with unloading her car and carrying in a boxes of supplies into the house. The service beyond exceeded my expectations and the Bride-to-be was so happy!! This was an absolutely astounding service from the initial inquiry/booking to the departure of the crew, I will make sure to recommend you all to anyone I know looking for catering!“

“After 2 terrible taco experiences in the Crofton area, this was my 3rd day determined to find good tacos as I do not live in Maryland.

I was able to order with ease. I got 2 barbacoa tacos, 1 pollo, 1 pastor, and 1 carne asada. All were delicious!! They tasted fresh. They were truly flavorful. Even the chicken taco.

The only thing was that the tortillas fell apart. I wasn’t watching to see if they made them there or not. But they split open when going to take a bite.

They also had a cabbage habanero salsa and that was rico. I would definitely come back here and I’d recommend this truck for anyone that just wants tacos!! I wish I discovered the truck sooner. It would have saved me 2 days of eating terrible tacos from other places.“

“I have been lucky to be a patron of Emmerts many, many times over many years following their crabs from their West Laurel neighborhood to Rt 1 and now out to Rt 32; however I haven’t had a chance to go there recently. However, today we had an opportunity to have their crabs and it was a great reminder of why they are one of the greatest spots in our region to grab some heavy, fresh, perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked crabs. Sometimes the simplest things to get right are actually the hardest things, and this business gets it right every single time year in and year out. “T&J Waffles was recommended to me by a coworker a few months ago. I finally got the opportunity to try it today for the first time and it was AMAZING! The waffles are delicious. Didn’t even need to use syrup. The girl taking orders was very nice and polite. She even explained a few of the different options that are offered. I’m a huge breakfast person and this by far is one of my new favorites! I can’t believe I waited so long to try it. There is definitely something for everyone.“

“It’s outdoor seating with wooden benches. Plenty of Mexican dishes. Food was hot and fresh. Price was good. Some folks take the food and sit in their cars. Parking is available but limited spots. You may have to park across the street in market area, if parking is full. Overall, good.“

“I recently hosted a party at my house to celebrate the end of our card season. Some members of our card league wanted to go to a fancy restaurant, but most were happy with the idea of a house party. I ordered pulled pork, brisket, and smoked turkey from Weiland’s and the food was great. The attendees raved about each selection, and the total cost came to less than $15.00 a person. We could not have gone to a restaurant for that amount. Highly recommend!“

“Honestly I’ve been looking for a new spot to go to for tacos in Laurel bc my usual spots have been constantly leaving me dissatisfied in the food . BUT this truck did not disappoint AT ALL 🤤 The sauce you can tell is homemade, and out of 4 steak tacos, NONE had fat pieces . The meat was seasoned well too . I also ordered a beef hot dog for my daughter and she was satisfied to say the least . We will be coming back soon!!! I wish I had photos but it’s gone now 😅😂“

“I took my ummi here because a nice lady recommended this place because of the quesadillas. So I brought a steak quesadilla, and my ummi got a chicken quesadilla with extra onions(don't ask she loves onions🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️😅). The guacamole sauce (I've never tried it), but it's very good. It hit all the taste buds with my steak quesadilla. Just know we enjoyed our mother son bonding time while washing clothes.“

“DO NOT buy any crabs from them. I paid $60 for medium crabs and they were all HOLLOW. I called so they rectify the matter and the black guy that works there hung up on me! Can you believe that craziness? Telling me that it was my problem and they can't control it! He told me that he would not be doing anything and he didn't care if they lost the customer. I will be leaving negative feedback on every media outlet that I can, He was very unprofessional to no only hang up on a customer who who is trying to understand why the $25 small crabs had more meat in them than the $60 medium crabs, but to say he didn't care if they lost me as a customer. Every leg that I pulled out of these crabs I could see straight through the shell. I will never go here again and will not recommend them to anyone!“
