You ALWAYS wait at least 20-30 mins on your food, even when ordering thru the app! Always chaotic inside, doesn't matter what time you come to this location. There's never enough staff here ! This is the last time we'll be getting food from here! Plus there's always something missing and you have to run after them! Ridiculous!

Don’t bother having two lanes if you don’t use them! This is the second time this has happened. The employees here don’t seem to understand how to alternate lanes when it comes to taking orders. I even have the other lane’s order popping up on my screen. I’m absolutely fed up with this place. Guess I’ll have to drive out of my way to a different location.

The food is always the same. It was good. The woman behind the counter waa taking forever & she was a bit pushie. It didn't have anything to do with their service but there was a guy who was also waiting for his order & had a walkie talkie phone & then he sat down two tables away & talking loud with his phone on speaker while listening to two others conversation on the phone. I had already started eating but got tired of listening to the jerk's phone being up way to loud so I turned on my XM app so I could drown him out. I just wish it worked on his odor too. Whatever nasty cologne he was wearing he must have soaked himself & his clothes in it. He smelled so nasty & it was so strong that I could smell it through my mask & it lingered after he finally left.

This Mcdonalds is spotless!! I have been visiting and during my stay ate breakfast here 4 times. The outside windows were getting cleaned every day, and the inside was super clean. Fresh sandwiches, hot hash browns, nice service!!!!

It was a nice visit. The service was quick drive through service was warm. I got my food on time. It was a good temperature and everything tasted good.
Bought a snack wrap and was given a chicken tender in a tortilla. It is supposed to come with lettuce and cheese. No one informed me that they were out of the toppings. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I left. The service has been bad here for a long time. We’ve been given the wrong items multiple times. I will not be coming back to this location.

I’m very disappointed at the manager at this location! He doesn’t speak english that well, but what did he mean when he kept constantly said that “ wait 30 mins for food” when it’s a MC Donald!! We told them we going to cancel it because that is insane, so he said ok move to the window since I got 2 mobile orders he said that he will get us one and he told us to cancel the other? Like what is the matter?? the two orders are the same! I tried to cancel but this Mc Donald already started my two orders so I cant cancel anymore! I dont understand what kind of manager is this because he should be fired for the way he talk, manage his employees, and the way he treats his customers ( with his very disrespectful attitude- yelling, lying, and upset face)! BEWARE! Please consider who you hiring! This guy be ruin this Mc Donald business for fun lol

I've come here 3 times in my Entire kife. And they never get my order right. If they can even get my Order. They Never have the food or drinks I want. And this is the most Awkward McDonald's I have ever Seen! Why is it here?! There's nothing around! The food isn't that good and there's a School next door! Just shut the place down and move it.

I ordered a QPC meal and the beef was pink on the inside. I tried calling the phone number on the website but apparently it’s not in service. Complete waste of money.
I had stopped attending this specific location because the food is ALWAYS COLD, especially the French fries and chicken nuggets. A complete waste of money.
Whenever you dine in, you have to wait an extremely long time for your food. I recently ordered a Happy Meal only and I waited more than 10 minutes although I was the only one customer in the front, they seem to only pay attention to the DT. I did not receive service until I asked for a refund 10 minutes later.
Not to mention most of the time you try to do a special order they will get your order wrong.
I will not be spending money here again.
