Every time I order to have it delivered from here, they NEVER include the sauces you ask for and even pay extra for. Every single time. They also have the drivers waiting on the order when it should of already been ready and yet somehow its always cold when I get my food and I live right down the street. Please send a better manager to manage these people. Also they NEVER have promotional items. Multiple times I ordered when they had monopoly and didnt get the playing pieces. They dont have the grinch box here either right now. They almost always forget items as well or try to give the wrong order.

We need to seriously boycott this McDonalds. I’ve never went to McDonalds and they’re closed all the time late night. It’s supposed to be 24hr and they’re causing people to drop dash orders and everything. Wasting people time. They said there’s an update to the system every night. This is getting really annoying. The manager said I’d have to wait 20 minutes til the system updates. Never heard of that. Pulled away and heard her taking an order 5 minutes later when the morning crew showed up.

Staff is extremely kind and are always friendly but they cant get an order right to save their lives. Drive thru, app, or going in, it never fails. They literally will do the complete opposite of what you ask.

Went through the drive thru around 4:45 pm on 11/12/2025. I ordered three combo meals, large. They didn't double up the carry tray and over filled the drinks so the carry tray got all wet and when I carried the drinks in, one side of the carry tray collapsed, causing one of the drinks to fall out and splatter all over my deck and my pants. They put all the food in a small bag so when I set the bag on the table, the bag fell over and all the French fries went flying every where. The fries weren't cooked properly and we're cold and the chicken mcnuggets were cold and hard. Every time I go to this McDonalds there are issues with my order. It is only 1 mile from my home but I will be going to the one in Odenton from now on.

Went through the drive-thru. Asked for a cookie tote. Paid. The second window told me to pull up to the next window so I was assuming they had the cookies in the oven. Because when you order a cookie tote they are supposed to bake them and serve them warm.
Worker handed me the bag. No cookie tote at all. All cookies were old and cold. Not warm at all. And they shoved them in the little baggies.
Literally just have to spread 13 cookies from the freezer and hit a button.
