I Stopped in around 8:30 pm Monday with grandkids October 21st, 2024 in Severn. 🤔No one was in the front for awhile. Drive thru was full and inside was full. Really slow service. Waited almost an hour. Wow! Hire more help please. 🙏

11/3/24 Drive thru line extremely slow & long, but only 2 customers inside? The fries were cold, I nicely asked for hot fries and was given fries that were cold from the same batch. Neither person working the drive thru spoke (expect telling me my total). Raising the prices and giving the same horrible service?

No different then odenton night shift. Can’t get shiiitt right. I just ordered a deluxe #2 . I got a Diet Coke instead of a coke and no fries with my meal and waited 20 minutes. Terrible service . So much mayo o. My burger I can’t even eat it

One of the worst locations, the manager is rude as can be. You can't ask her for anything or about anything. The younger woman with the multi colored hair has been a nightmare Everytime visiting this place at breakfast
Ordered through the app for online pick up and came inside, they acted so though picking up my order inside was illegal. Told me I had to go through the drive through with no car.
The staff here makes this place extremely undesirable.
