Why have all the kiosks if you still have to pay at a register? Might as well take away the Kiosk which is difficult to use, gives no choice on condiments, no button for half sweet half regular tea and in some cases makes you wait longer for your order.

Facility is very nice, service can be slow but that’s the nature of the service industry at times. Would suggest more staffing, the folks that are here are doing their best but you can only do so much when you have too few hands.
