UPDATE: the manager called me on Monday and I let him know about the situation from Friday evening. He said that was not a normal occurrence and he would speak with the staff to rectify the situation. As he took the time to call me, I am upgrading the service to two stars.
We ordered for delivery today. Submitted our order at 4:46pm and received an estimated delivery time of 5:12pm-5:17pm. At 5:25pm my DoorDash driver, Nicole, called me and said that Pizza Hut could not locate my order. She got them on track with our order - mega kudos to Nicole! She had to leave to deliver other orders. Charlie took over and delivered our order just after 6pm.
The food tasted amazing - 5 stars. DoorDash Delivery drivers (Nicole and Charlie) - 5 stars. Pizza Hut service - 1 star. They lost our order and it took almost an hour beyond the estimated delivery time.

Don’t order from here. This is my second time ordering from here. I paid for extra pepperoni and extra cheese and received a regular pizza. The first time i ordered from here and it was not how i ordered it i thought it must just be who was working but now that this happened a second time, i know to go to another location because if they weren't going to do it they shouldn't have charged me extra for the cheese and pepperoni.

Honestly the white guy up here was just taking too long to get orders out. I ordered a very small item. I waited like 40 minutes for it simple because they’re not making stuff fast enough so you’re waiting and waiting and waiting even if you order a fry. They definitely need to do better at time management and making sure little items are getting out before big ones because why would you be waiting 40 minutes for a small item. Management definitely needs to come in and teach them time management. He cut like 10 huge pizzas when he could be handing out the smaller items.

Let me tell yall normally when I come here the quality of pizza is bad and burnt. But today however I decided to give this location another go the guy at the front (who was the only noticeable one working) was such a sweetheart the pizza was made to absolutely perfection hot and crispy in all the right places.

Over 2 hours for the delivery, it was so bad I had to cancel the order. I had to call the number 8 times before I got someone on the phone. Horrible service, from start to finish. The app was crashing, to get ahold of the store to follow up on the order was a problem. After all of that I had to cancel I placed the order at 7 PM and the estimated delivery was at 9 PM. If you need to order pizza for delivery inside of Fort Meade don’t bother, use any other pizza spots

Today something very weird happened at this location. I went to pickup my order, the cashier was with a client and I stayed behind the customer and was waiting, the cashier then stared at me and I thought he wanted to know what I was waiting for, then I said: I'm here to pick up my order, the cashier look at me and said: don't you see I'm with a client, you're disrespectful. I stayed quiet but it really bothered me how he spoke to me. When the other customer left, the cashier asked me: what are you doing here? I said: pick up for (the order name), he started making sounds that I couldn't understand, then he slided a receipt and said sign, I said no I'm just leaving. Then the manager came out (a white lady that's missing a couple of teeth) she came with a very nasty attitude and told me that if I didn't sign it'd be considered steeling and that she'd call the police on me, I tried to explain that I had an attitude because the cashier was very rude and I honestly thought he was staring at me because he was waiting for the other client to pay and he could get ahead with what I wanted. This is beyond ridiculous I just wanted a pizza to enjoy with my kids, their attitude and threats to call the police on me were absolutely out of place. Never coming back.

Before I even ordered pizza I called location and specifically asked if their drivers could access base. They say yes, my now luke warm pizza says no. Nothing quite like reheated fresh pizza.

If zero stars were an option, that would be it. I realize no one wants to work these days, but do better at running this establishment. Ordered a pizza online at 4:45 and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there at appropriate time and was told it was in the oven and would be another 10 minutes. Long story short, and almost an entire freaking hour of being ingnored, I finally get someone's attention to ask about the status. He disappears and comes back without saying anything to me and starts helping other customers, at which point I interrupted and asked firmly what is the status. He proceeded to bumble around and then told us IT HADNT EVEN BEEN STARTED. Asked for a refund and went to Papa John's. Waste of my time.
