Avoid this place like a plague…I spend $50 on my order from here. Pizza was burnt, mozzarella sticks weren’t even cooked. I mean it doesn’t surprise me I should have considering the area I’m in.

I have ordered from this store before to which I received subpar pizza, but THIS TIME?! This time someone must have been in a good mood or something. I ordered a big box dinner with 2 pepperoni pizzas, cheese sticks, and garlic parmesan bone-in wings. Everything was perfect. The pepperoni pan pizzas were crispy on bottom and not too greasy on top. The pepperonis were crispy. The crust at the end wasn’t too dry or too soggy and still had that buttery flavor. The cheese sticks had the breadstick seasoning on them and were also not too dry or too soggy. The wings were great too!
Whomever this location had working the lunch hours should be training everyone to do the same as them because this time made me want to come back again. Don’t let the quality decline! Please keep it up.
Visiting for a couple of weeks and didn’t want to leave the hotel so figured I would order one of my favorites. Just disappointed. The crust didn’t appear to be cooked that long and this is not a pan pizza; kind of flat. The boneless chicken wings were just barely covered with sauce, again disappointed and hungry. Guess I’m heading out for food. 😕

Pizza often undercooked and still raw in the middle. Separately, I ordered a pizza last Thursday, and instead of calling me to tell me, they already turned the oven off for the night. I drove up there and they act like they couldn’t find my order, then found it promise to replace it another day. They did not honor the replacement. Wasted two trips dealing with lazy staff and poor service.

The food was really good. And the help was really nice. There was a guy behind the counter Raphael he was friendly and he made sure our order came out pretty quickly. I would highly recommend this Pizza
The manager, Syed Wali at the 2614 Annapolis Rd, Severn, MD 21144 location does not respect or appreciate his customers. He does not listen to your concerns, he cuts you off in mid-sentence, and lacks the wherewithal of a good manager. The food quality is inconsistent, this location has a high turnover rate, and overall does not fit into a community where other fast food restaurants in the area (e.g., Papa Johns, Dominos, Ledos, etc) provide a higher level of customer service. The worst part is is that Mr. Wali does not care about the service he provides his customers. I use to order food from this location often. I stopped coming because the food quality was inconsistent. For example, one day my cheesesticks had no cheese or the next time they were burnt. On another occasion, the meats pasta barely had any cheese or toppings. Other times, my food orders were fine. I tried to explain that I consistently had issues with my orders, he raised his voice and attempted to interrupt me in mid-sentence. I noticed his temperament was calm when he engaged with white patrons. As a black man, he consistently demonstrated a hostile attitude toward me. I don’t recommend this location, especially if you're black unless there is new management and the current staff is retrained on how to make the food and customer service principles. Why is Mr. Wali the manager? Why does corporate not take customer complaints seriously? I love Pizza Hut, hence why I took the time to voice my concerns. However, Mr. Wali’s disposition towards customers is unacceptable. Look at the other reviews for this location with similar reviews. Shameful and unacceptable.

Waited 36 minutes and the chicken was still raw. Staff was polite and looked busy, but I'm not sure there's any excuse for serving raw food
