Rice and beans are so hard !! Told them and they said their rice is usually on the harder end, but this was to where I couldn’t even bite it? My brother had to spit it out? They also got my order wrong and charged me more over their mistake.

Food was amazing and anytime there is an issue the manager/owner takes care of it! This is my favorite place to eat! The shredded pork is the best my favorite!

Every time I come here the staff is rude and clearly don't enjoy working there, but I deal with it because the food is good. Today I wasn't even able to place my order. I wasn't greeted by the cashier. The cook had his back faced to me and when the two ladies came from the back I still wasn't acknowledged. As the cashier walked around cleaning up she asked the cook to take my order and he didn't move. Nevertheless, I left. The free meal wasn't worth the wait. I took my business elsewhere.

I came to the Cafe Rio in Severna Park and it was clean, unfortunately there was only one young lady Carmen that was working but she did outstanding job handling all the orders and it wasn't too bad a wait either. food was great highly recommend this Cafe

Food is average, but has horchata and some other unique offerings compared to other similar chains. The teas were completely empty.

Cafe Rio in Severna Park is awesome!!! The food is delicious, plentiful, and the customer service is top notch. Prices are very reasonable too!!

Great experience with the workers, super friendly, great food. I love this place but only go to it once or twice a week, the people there are great and are fast with making the food, they are amazing and would very highly recommend to someone who hasn't eaten there.
