Celebrating the new year with a group, I ordered multiple spare ribs orders that I wasn't serving until the next day. They gave me a large amount of good, meaty ribs - more importantly - they talked me through how to make sure they were delicious and juicy the next day - when I was serving them.
The ribs were wonderful!
