What an awful experience. First, a sign on the door indicated that this location was not serving chips. Fine. No problem; everyone is having issues. However, as I walked to the back to order, I noticed that every table was a MESS. Every single one. I went to pay for my food and drink and was informed that they were out of regular sized cups - so they were going to charge me for a large, since that’s the only size they have. Severna Park Chipotle still has no working credit card system (cash only), now they have no fountain drinks, & STILL their ladies room smells like it has all year - stale, year-long disgusting urine! 🤢🤮
We went into the Severna park location (immediately a line to the door) okay no worries we will wait….. 30-40 mins later we get to the counter and ask them for two quesadillas and they tell us we only cook them for mobile orders….
