Extremely mid food, The service was okay, and the total for two people (no alcohol, three rolls, two hand rolls, two bowls of rice) came out to $115 including tip. Wildly overpriced for the *not good* sushi. Won’t go back, nor will i recommend anyone else go

Excellent food and even more important we were able to seat both grandmothers. No stools and high tables for the hibachi grill. Only comment we would have preferred music from a Japanese music genre.

This place is going down hill. I can not believe the rudeness of the man who cooked for us. He kept on throwing food to us specially to our daughter. One piece hit her eye and burn her. The cooker is an old man who works there. If he gets your table you better be ready for a bad experience. The shrimp was over cooked and the rice was not enough for 5 people. We won’t be back for sure. Awful experience.

For a fun time and delicious food 😋 that will be enjoyed by the entire family. You must make Kyoto Japanese steak house your next place to visit for lunch/dinner for two or the entire family. You'll be glad you did. Yummy!!!

I really like this place and have always enjoyed it. Over the years though the restaurant has declined. The restaurant was not busy at all and we waited 30 minutes to get helped. The miso soup wasn’t given to us until after the main course was served. Totally appalled to say the least.

I think this place has gone downhill. It felt dirty, and the service was very slow. I know part of the fun is catching the shrimp mid-air, but our chef threw too much food. At one point, he threw a piece of my steak, and it almost landed in my drink. It fell on the table, and then he picked it up, put it back on the grill, and served it. He burned the rice, and the vegetables lacked flavor and spices. I will say my husband loves the sushi there. But we wouldn't come back for hibachi.

A crowded Saturday evening so it took a while for us to be served. We sat at a grill so the grandkids could have the experience of seeing their meals prepared. The usual onion volcano and shrimp toss. My granddaughter wasn't feeling well, perhaps that put a damper on the evening. My grandson was VERY disappointed that cheesecake was not available.

Sushi rolls were not evenly cut. Sushi sermed more watery than it should have been. Lots of rice with the regular rolls not sure if it was to absorb some of the water. Wait staff was kind.
