They should just shut this place down! 5:30-6 on a weekday and you have to wait 13 min cause they don’t have any chicken! You wait patiently for the person behind you take your order cause they forgot they still owed you food and then try and hold your sides like I didn’t pay for them!The cashier is

I placed my order for the wrong location and had horrible customer service at this Popeyes I ended up going to. The manager tried to push me to the back of the drive-thru line which I didn't appreciate. She was rude, abrupt, and nasty. She should not be a manager and this Popeyes has lost my business. Plus, I have reached out to corporate about this and I hope she gets fired. Also, when I asked for her name, she refused to give me her name because she knew I would be reporting her to Popeyes Corporate.

I stopped by Popeyes because I really love their food, especially after a long day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and even though I had to wait for my order, everything came out exactly as I asked. I’m really happy with my experience, the food was delicious and made my evening so much better. Thanks for such a great meal!

They forgot my biscuit in the drive thru , (which is fine, I’ve worked in fast food before we all make mistakes) but when i came in there to retrieve it this lady picked it up with her bare hands, when i asked where is your gloves she said “oh we don’t use those” that is disgusting! You should always have gloves on when handing food.
