The second time in 2 weeks you guys managed to inconvienence and mess up an order. this time i went to pick up my order 15 minutes past the pick up time because you guys are always late and of course no food. I was told the white rice is cooking and be about 20 more minutes. So i waited and came back in and was told they just dropped the rice and will be 20 more minutes. At this point i try to cancel my order but no manager on duty. Not sure why...read full review
