I prefer this place very much. It has a special feeling. The cuisine is marvelous. the service is dynamic and the stuff is very professional. The cost is fair. I warmly recommend.
The place is excellent and broad, the menu was delightful and the rates were very reasonable. rapidly, effective service and very friendly staff members. Recommended.
Really liked the Veggie Combo.
Loved this place, but it is closed now.
Stopped in for a quick bite with a date after a walk around downtown Silver Spring. We split the veggie combo with teff injera (for the GF) and a couple of drinks for $40. Great food and good service.
Incredibly authentic Ethiopian food. Even better service and people. The sweet owner roasted out coffee beans right in front of us and then served me the best cup of coffee I've ever had! Must GO in Houston!

Wasted my entire lunch break! I tried to call in an order but someone told me I cannot call in an order until 10 minutes after they open. The hours of operation for this particular day is 1pm-9pm. I called back two times but did not get an answer. I arrived at the location at 1:30 and they where closed. I hear the food is really good, unfortunately I will never know because I have no plans of returning.

I enjoyed Abol Ethiopian Restaurant very much. We shared a veggie platter and Kitfo (raw meat). I also had a glass of Tej (honey wine). It was all very good. The service is a little slow, so if you are in a hurry this might not be the place for you. I still would recommend it.
Five stars for the vegetarian entrees but 3.5 stars for the meat dishes. The combo meals seem like a great deal, as two combos are enough food to feed three people.
Chill restaurant. Great food.
