Tried placing an order twice via DoorDash for a cheesesteak sub. Only wanted the meat, cheese, and bun. Wound up getting everything on it twice. Even with the help of the DoorDash rep putting the second order in on my behalf to make sure that they get it right. I’m highly annoyed that they don’t read, or make sure the order is correct before sending it out for delivery.

The people that work there in the front suck. I had an order I had to pick up and it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 11:39 I got there exactly at 12:00, it took a bit of time because there is only ONE actual parking spot for the store. I walk in there and the food isn't even ready. It seemed like they just started making the food when I walked in. About 15 minutes later finally some of the food starts coming out. It took about 45 minutes for me to get "all" the food. We ordered salads but they were "out" so they gave us something else that was disgusting and just got thrown away. Instead of packing everything in the bag the employee had me running around and looking for a coke bottle and an off brand ginger ale. Instead of telling me where it was the man just kept saying, "Go get it, you get your drink yourself." I shouldn't be looking for stuff in my order when my food was supposed to be done and ready for pick up 20 minutes before. The french fries were nasty and tasted like old oil. I enjoyed the actual wings but I cant tell if they were good or if I was just hungry.
