Me and my wife visited Arepas Pues during the weekend, we drove over an hour an half because a Colombian friend of ours recommended us to eat here, this restaurant went over our expectations, the flavor of the food was magnificent, the service was exceptional and the restaurant itself it’s just beautiful, if this spot was closer to us we would definitely visit once a week, prices are amazing as well, you pay for what you get, hopefully coming back soon, the staff are very kind and attentive, thank you for the great experience, hope to see y’all soon

Food good. Got the call in order wrong. Would go back. Check before you leave the restaurant with your to-go order.

We had dinner at the place, and all the food items were good. The arepas were specifically very good. We ordered the chicken soup, and it was good as well. It is a small casual place for dining. Overall, it's a great place for arepas.

The food was great, the mango drink as well. I’m glad they offer a plate with a variety of arepas to try! Service was a little slow but overall it was a good meal.

Excellent service, and the arepas and salchipapas were FANTASTIC! Definitely the best Colombian/Venezuelan food that I have tried in the DC area, very underrated spot!!

I placed my order waited 45 minutes, the girl who took my order was walking around doing nothing all the other people were in the back talking. When I finally asked how much longer for my order I find out they hadn't even started it. I've seen comments on other reviews saying they take a long time, I work in the industry and I can tell you these people are just lazy. Do not waste your time at this place go somewhere else you will be much better off!

Ugh my tummy and wallet just side-eyed me. For $10, I got an average sized lukewarm arepa with cheese and cold canned corn, a disappointment after a long day. The server was nice, but if I owned a time machine, I would have saved myself the heartbreak and just gotten 3 piping hot pupusas for the same price.

The only thing holding this restaurant down is its sizes!!!

But I see only growth for this place!!!!

The food and service are good, but they let the arepas toast too much and when you go to eat them, they are a little hard.

This is such a gem in downtown silver spring. We’ve tried arepas, empanadas, pan de bono, bandejas paisas. Everything had been delicious. Plenty of vegetarian dishes. Fresh juices are always a nice touch too.

It’s a small space (2 tables + counter in the front, and about four tables farther in) but the food has been great on every visit. Nice staff and we recommend the beef arepas.

Since they bought it, it has been horrible. The food deteriorated greatly. And the quantities are pitiful on a paisa tray and serve 1 teaspoon of tasteless beans. The ajiaco is pure, very watery broth.

Got the worst and smallest empanadas I’ve ever seen, and we waited 15 minutes for just two. I haven’t tried the rest of the food, but if they can’t get the most basic Colombian thing right, I’m not hopeful.
