I came here for lunch while visiting the area . I ordered the 4 mini arepas with a couple of different meats . I did fully enjoy the arepas , just felt like there could have been some good toppings to spice it up a bit . I did ask to exclude any cheese on it .

Now the star of the show was definitely the guacamole with pork belly and fried plantains . Absolutely delicious!! Don’t leave here without getting that !

The owner was very welcoming...

This is a review for the empanadas only. I got beef and chicken empanadas. And while they were good, I thought they dough was too thick and doughey and the filling was scarce and not juicy enough. So all in all, it does the job but maybe not the best in town.

Me and my wife visited Arepas Pues during the weekend, we drove over an hour an half because a Colombian friend of ours recommended us to eat here, this restaurant went over our expectations, the flavor of the food was magnificent, the service was exceptional and the restaurant itself it’s just beautiful, if this spot was closer to us we would definitely visit once a week, prices are amazing as well, you pay for what you get, hopefully coming back soon, the staff are very kind...
