I wish I could get a hold of them via phone to discuss the problems with our ice cream. We put in an order for delivery through Uber eats and not only were the scoops toddler sized, the toppings requested were never put on either ice cream. I order two sundaes and they were just two little lumps of ice cream with 5 cherries.

Worst Baskin Robbins ever. Im a huge fan of BR and I’ve been to many locations, but the one on Veirs Mill Road is the worst. Very limited selection of icecream. Many of the flavors weren’t labeled to identify them, so I had to guess. Employees were of no help. Everything looked melted in the freezer. 4 employees but no one seemed to know how to do their jobs. It took 2 employees to figure out how to fill my order for a scoop of chocolate icecream in a sugar cone, which was already melting when the cashier handed it to me. Store is filthy.

The young, short Hispanic man has outstanding customer service skills. The other staff should take his lead. This location has good iced green tea.
Great selection of flavors but the staff made the rating. Such a friendly and fun environment, was entertained the entire time as my 2 milkshakes were made! Will becoming back for sure!
