There is no finer Chef than James. He works hard and never asks his crew to do anything he wouldn't do. He is also quick with a friendly smile and with a chat. He is happy to make suggestions to you and listens to what you like. The food is amazing.

We went to a local brewery to try this food truck. The food was delicious! I got the old bay chicken wings which both my kids snagged some away from me, and my picky eater got the bistro grilled cheese and asked for no spinach. She loved it, what was a great surprise was that my picky eater liked the mushrooms. Always grateful for a meal that makes my kids enjoy new tastes and flavors and opens them to new possibilities. My family and I went to friendly farms in Ellicott City and this food truck was available. We didn't have high expectations but we were hungry and we were NOT disappointed. Crab di. Was delicious and so was the pulled pork- it did not look like a mush of pork like most food trucks. Not a bad $ I think either.

Beltway Bistro was wonderful to work with! They helped us create a custom menu and adapted for several dietary needs. Came and set up on time, served and took orders quickly. Our food was delicious and reasonably priced in my opinion! We will definitely be asking them back!
