Staff who serve ice cream should wear hair caps. When bending down to scoop, hair was hanging over the ice cream, which looked unsanitary and gross. Please take some action to solve this issue.

The employee who took and prepared my order didn’t wear gloves. She even dropped one of my ice cream cups on its side right on the counter in front of me, just said “Oops,” and handed it to me without offering to remake it, even though the scoop had clearly touched the counter. On top of that, $18 for two “large” cups that were really just two small scoops each is ridiculous, especially when you can buy a whole Ben & Jerry’s tub at the store for $6. Really disappointed with the experience. Never going back.

I have been a long time loyal customer of B&J and frequented this location. Over the years of this location has deteriorated. Such unreliable, poor customer service and poor cleanliness.
Today is the straw that broke the camel’s back. I ordered a $60 birthday cake for my son’s birthday three days in advance for 12 PM pick up. I went to pick it up at 1 PM and they let me know it’s going to be an additional 30 minutes and the cake wasn’t ready. I had to scramble to go back to pick it up and still meet the time for my son‘s birthday party. I go to pick it up at 2 pm and they tell me that it needs more time in the freezer or will fall apart. Causing me to have to change my plans so that the cake doesn’t fall apart before the party. I open the cake and they spell half of his name on it (not misspelled… they decided to spell just half of it. Made no sense). Never again will I give this place my money.
I ordered an ice cream cake for pickup. It was so pretty & a totally smooth transaction. There are lots of customization options on the website (decoration, flavors, shapes). I gave a day and a time to pick it up and they had it ready to go when I arrived. This is a small heart shape, which they say serves 4-6. Honestly I think you could easily get 10 slices out of it.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Really disappointed with the experience. I love Ben and Jerry’s but this has to be the worst experience. The girl who took our order was mopping the floors and only came to take the order when we asked if it was open after a few minutes passed by. She did not wash her hands or wore gloves and prepared her order as is. This is extremely unsanitary and the cones were stale. On top of that she was extremely rude. Never coming back.

I expected differently but it’s my first time here so now I know I won’t come back. Ice cream just didn’t taste as good as other places. Service was okay, they just asked what I wanted they weren’t so nice but they weren’t rude either, just try to smile more. Atmosphere is what got me, it did smell funky, kind of like a dirty bathroom. Also too expensive for the little scoops they give. The girl also touched my ice cream with her finger and didn’t offer another one.
