A combination of misir wot, kik alicha, atakilt wot, ye Gomen wot and Shiro wot.
Chickpeas (Shiro)
Roasted and powdered peas (Shiro) are simmered with red onion, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger and spicy berbere (red pepper).
Lentil (Misir) Wot
Split red lentil made with onion, hot berbere (red pepper) garlic, ginger, and oil.
Atkilt Alicha
Chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, and potato, simmered with onions garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil.
Split Peas (Kik)
Split yellow pens made with onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and oil. Mild (green pepper).

The chef was a recent James Beard Semifinalist. It's good Ethiopian food but not remarkably better than the other know names (CherCher, Eatopia, etc.) in the area. As I was leaving a couple ordered the crispy beef which looked really interesting.

The food here was decent but nothing so exceptional that it would merit a swift return. I had the veggie combo with the doro wot, beef tibs, and the beef kifto. Nothing stood out in particular, nothing really popped and stayed with me, but it definitely wasn't bad either. Service was solid and place was clean and well layed out.

Really good vegetarian combo. Probably the best shiro we've ever had! And they ship the injera bread in daily from Ethiopia. Nice selection of Ethiopian drinks too. Great spot!
