I went into a BIBIBOP today in Silver Spring, and Cindy gave me a terrible time. She was very rude and disrespectful after waiting 10 minutes for her to make a bowl.It’s unfortunate because I patronize BIBIBOP 2-3 times out of the week.It’s imperative for her to go through HR training — I’m truly not in the business of people losing their jobs during the holidays; just becoming better at the ones they have.Other than that, the food is a 10 out of 10.

#CeliacReviews: While visiting DC, went here 2x. Beside the menu being 100% gluten-free, it’s absolutely delicious. I cannot complain about anything and I want to sing Bibibop’s praises:? Varied menu including set bowls (vegetarian option) and make your own- all big portions for a very reasonable price!? I was so happy I could finally have japchae (sweet potato noodles) and bulgogi (seasoned beef) again without worry.? Food was fresh and tasted just as good the next day.? Free miso soup in store!!? The GF chocolate chip cookie was delicious, and my non-GF friends also thought so.?? Staff was extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful during both visits!? It's healthy and fast - essentially functioning as a Chipotle for bowls of generic Asian food. While the tofu, meats, and rice are great, not all the toppings are created equal. Service is extraordinary. Solid lunchtime stop.

The overall ambiance at BiBi Bob is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed meal. The attention to detail in the decor and the kind-hearted service provided by Jean and the entire staff left a lasting impression.
Really delicious food that was reasonably priced for the portion. All of the components were very flavorful and fresh — the tofu in particular was delicious. I liked that everything on their menu was gluten free too.
