I visited this location a few weeks ago. I hadn't been in a few years, but they crossed my mind after a lab appointment with fasting set for 1:00 pm got delayed and was not finished until 3:00 pm. I was starving! The restaurant was clean and ordering was quick and easy. My food was good as usual but it was not hot (nor warm) and looked like it was thrown together by a man I had seen before - maybe the manager. After placing a mobile order, I accidentally showed up to the wrong Silver Spring location. The young girl taking orders noticed I was at the wrong location and called their other location to let them know. Instead of me having to go to the other location to get my food, they made my order right away. Quick service, their gyro bowl is very flavorful. Delicious rice pudding too!
I’ve been to a few of this franchise in the DMV, some friendly some not too friendly. However, this particular location is very welcoming, kind and the REAL PRIZE is their “steak and provolone pita!!!!!!” Amazingly scrumptious.
