Such a great surprise!! I was invited there by my sister, and I fell in love. By me in the chef I am, I can be? Lol a little skeptical when I walk into places. Service A1. The reception is at the front desk A1. Let me tell you about this food okay!! When I say the variety. The freshness. The flavor. Above board above board!!!! You guys got to try it anybody who follows me and check this out city place silver spring Maryland Blue Pearl. You will not be disappointed. $20 I didn't see anybody have a time limit. But I was stuffed time to go. But I came back the next day to take out two to go orders Okay!! Thank you Thank you very much! 🙋🏾🙌🏾👍🏾

Location= good it was inside the mall
Service= Front desk & server we nice
Food quality= Poor food quality. Server said their in business for 15years. But as now there is no more food quality control. We have been in all DMV Buffet and this is the only buffet restaurant that lost its food quality.

$19 for Dinner. No fish in sushi, just Krab. Dishes were the typical found in a Chinese buffet. Flavors were fairly bland but they fill a hole. Service is great and place is kept clean. Recommend the Ice cream, ‘honey ham’/char sui, lo mein and noodles.

My favourite place to go to when I'm depressed. I traveled 1,000 miles for this bugfet. Yeah you got that right it is a Bugfet. There was bugs and hair in my drink it was kind of strange. The waiters did not speak very well English which made me uncomfortable. Then after I finished my terrible meal the waiter asked why I only tipped 1$ in a very angry tone. So I took the dollar back and I left Blue Pearl never to come back again unless I'm depressed. My friend who I went to the bugfet with before is below.

There was MOLD in my mussel! The cucumber in the sushi tasted off and the rice in the kimbap was stale. The staff were friendly and we left a tip, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend eating here.

Our first time here was great Cindy was our service and she was amazing her service was great!!!!!! So if yall go there ask for CINDY only thing I wish if they had more food suggestions but other then that everything was great just stay away from the pork ribs

Came in to try the buffet, definitely not for me. I was only there for about 10 minutes before deciding to leave. The food didn’t look great, and overall it just wasn’t worth staying. I did get a soda, but no refills or actual service beyond that, which I expected since it’s a buffet (aka self-service).

The part that really rubbed me the wrong way was as I was leaving, a woman (I think our “server”?) stopped me and asked, “Aren’t you going to tip me?” Honestly, that attitude is what killed it for me. I still left a $5 tip just to be nice, but I’m not sure what I was tipping for. Won’t be returning.

Well, there are a lot of variety of tasty, fresh and colorful dishes. Service is cordial and servicial. Nice family ambience. Ridiculous price for what you get in exchange, 14 is a gift. No rush just joy.

I came on a Sunday, so I imagine they want service to provide good fast service. About 19$ a person, which is well worth the money
The waitresses were hustling but very nice. They kept the place pretty clean
The food is what you’d expect, with some stand outs being the chicken on a stick, soup station, and fruit options. It’s got lots of sushi, chicken, fish and seafood, veggies, and fried goodies. Some of the options are a little bland but who are we kidding? It’s a buffet stop asking question. Just enjoy it for what it is. 4.5/5 stars I’m satisfied

The food is good for the price, but the place is packed a lot of the time which causes the staff to push you out before you’re ready. The seating is closely spaced as well and the noise can be excessive. The servers were kind and attentive.

The food was dry, really tough, and very low quality. The vegetables were all old and really dry. And it was absolutely NOTHING like the pictures above.

It's almost impossible to find a parking space, too.

Also the service one of the worse I ever experienced. They would literally stand there talking and even eating some of the food. They would also literally follow you and demand a tip like we own them a hundred dollars. They would also hurry you to pay them. It was crazy.

Also the atmosphere was very dirty and horrible.

will NEVER visit again.
