I’m extremely angry and disappointed with Burger King after my experience today. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order — no cars in front of me or behind me. The employee opened the window and, with a nasty attitude, just kept repeating “come inside.”
When I asked why, he gave me no explanation, just attitude and yelling. All he had to do was say, “your food isn’t ready, please come inside,” and I would have understood. Instead, he was rude and unprofessional.
I eventually went inside and the manager explained everything clearly, which I appreciated. But that’s exactly what the employee should have done in the first place. Instead, I was treated with disrespect, and it turned what should have been a simple pickup into a frustrating, embarrassing experience.
Shame on Burger King for allowing staff like this to represent their brand. This was unacceptable, and I will think twice before coming back.

If I could give this place ten stars I would. The food…. amazing. The cashier girl with eyeliner…gorgeous. My experience was awesome because of the cashier girl. She makes my heart leap for joy when I see her. I don’t know how much you guys are paying her but she needs a raise. I hope that wherever she goes in life, happiness and blessing go with her as well. 🫂

This is the best fast food breakfast out there. The attendant was also helpful to let me know they have a 2 for $5.
Unlike some other reviews my interaction with staffs was not bad. They were kind. I like this location as they have an indoor playland for little kids. Foods are fine. It’d be great to improve the cleanliness.
I went to buy at the window and this is the 2 time that they don't give me the change... I don't know if it's my fault or the one who assists me... that would be my complaint...
