#1) Nice order taker greeted me- HOWEVER spoke Limited English... She Has Heavy Spanish accent which makes it hard to undrstsnd her- -esp when asking her questions a/b my coupons... -a/b substitions?... -a/b How I wanted BK to cook my cheeseburgers... -& how Id wait for fresh batches of fries & mozzarella sticks...
#2) Floor manager who was working drivethru was w/2ftus not offer any help to her or me to help explain to her specifics of what I wanted.
#3) My order was ready w/ in 5min- HOWEVER my cheeseburgers & whopper did not taste like beef- more like beef substitutes- or like the Impossible burgers we ordered last time😳
#4) My fries orig pkgd & placed in my bag filled Only HALF of their cardboard containers And...
#5) My Fries were also overcooked & hard....
#6) & Those were the 3things I DID NOT WANT & was trying to explain to that same cashier WHEN she took my order😳

#8) Was NOT an enjoyable eating experience which makes me sad... bc I Stopped patronizing this particular BK 4yrs ago for same reasons I just listed- & I see their food & customer interactions has NOT improved in fact- looks like its gotte worse w- providing the food "how" the Customer wants it.

I had my code for the rewards program and the idiot waiting on me said that it was only good on the APP. I told her that was the purpose of getting the code for ordering in store. Then she told me that they didn't accept the code for rewards.
Avoid this store, go to a different Burger King!

I was there a few days ago and I must say that it was a very good experience, the staff is really friendly, the restaurant looks very clean, it is a very nice place, plus they were the most delicious burgers that I have ever tried, if we talk about quality I would give it 100 out of 100, I loved everything, I will definitely return with my entire family

Buger King on International Dr in Leisure World Plaza for Silver Spring Md store number 5882. If you want trash for food and service this is the place to go. French Toast sticks was soggy inside and chopped into squares pieces. The food was awful upon taste so I could not eat it. I took it back once I was off and driving a total of 11 miles out of my way and Management responded just as awful as the taste. Restaurant was dirty and manager did not apologized or seemed to care at all about the poor service provided. She seemed as if it was normal behavior at this location. 09/23/2024 at 818 am store 5882 phone number that no one answer is 301-598-3613. Food is Garbage at this location
