The staff didn’t know how many onion rings came in a small order. The manager tried confront me and then acted like she wasn’t the manager. Highly unprofessional

They never let me use the bk app after it clearly says I can use it. When you question them they just say you have to order through the app. They are the worst. Never have this issue at any other BK.

I went through the drive-thru to order dinner and an extra Whopper Patty for my dog. And they forgot to give the extra patty to me, but did charge me for it. I drove back around and ordered something else while going to pick up the hamburger patty thay forgot, and if it weren't for me asking for my oreo shake they would have forgot to give that to me as well. I could tell the guy at the window was new, so I don't really want to blame them for anything egregious, but better training would be really helpful here.

This location is an obvious franchise in which the franchise owner should not be running a franchise. Poor customer service and they dont follow good cooperate practices. The service you get from employees dictates quality of management. -Coffee at lunch and breakfast are different prices- this is just a bad customer service practice. Never in my lifetime has any food location done this- this is petty. -They dont like coupons. If you are going to use your APP coupons here -have fun-they make you do a Mobile order- if your internet is not working good luck. Their wifi doesnt work when I tried it. Stood there trying to get it to work and it doesnt. They say their system doesnt have these coupons- well the coupons show up by location- if your location doesnt have these coupons in the system then just take your location off on the APP permanently. That is false advertising + contradicting. -Forget about asking the manager for help- everything is a no. Lots and lots of head shaking- no. The person that ended up helping me with some type of resolution was the cashier- I ended up buying more food than I needed but I was OK doing so since the guy tried to help. The manager wasnt helpful. There was a 2nd employee who was also a manager it looks like also kept saying no.

I had a drive-through order and realized that the extra toppings I asked for were not on my sandwich so I went into the restaurant. Maria Romero (the manager) came to the counter, opened the sandwich with her bare hands, shuffled through it, and told me the items were there, she then proceeded to put the sandwich back in the bag with condiment packs as if I were going to eat it. After I told her that wasn't okay to do Maria took the original sandwich to the back and returned with another sandwich 3 minutes later. I asked Maria if the sandwich was made fresh and she agreed that it was. I went to my car to inspect the sandwich more thoroughly and discovered that it had not been made fresh. I went back into the facility to address Maria about what she'd done and she blatantly ignored me along with the other workers. I repeatedly requested the District Manager's information as well as corporate information and was denied. I honestly believe that because I am black the staff thought this behavior was acceptable. This behavior is very unacceptable.
