CREDIT CARD FRAUD? I just left the drive thru this morning and the cashier had my AMEX for a good minute then gave it back saying it declined. I know there is no way it declined so I immediately called my bank to see if that was true and guess what? It wasnt true no attempted transaction went through from Burger King. What did your cashier have my card for? I am not the one and this will be reported. Ill make sure everyone I know doesnt come here and Ill never be returning.

If you’re looking to waste your time, just be sure not to check your order at the drive-through. Two of my five items were missing. It required six phone calls to reach someone on the phone. And when I did finally reach someone, no apology, no service recovery, Nothing. If this is a new franchise, they’re making a terrible first impression.

The onion rings were limp and tasted like oil, the fries also had an oily flavor and unsatisfying. One female worker should just work elsewhere; she had poor communication skills, an attitude and was off-putting. Also, the impossible burger wasnt cooked on the inside, as if they think these burgers dont need to be cooked thoroughly. Whoever is in charge of hiring REALLY needs to have higher standards, and ALOT more training in the kitchen. Yuck!
