She took her time explaining the menu options, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.
What stood out most was her positive attitude and attention to detail. Even during a busy rush, Kelly stayed calm, efficient, and friendly with every customer. You can tell she takes pride in her work and really cares about creating a good experience.
Because of Kelly, my visit felt personal and enjoyable—not just another quick meal stop. CAVA is lucky to have someone like her on the team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I just bought something at this store and unfortunately there is a person serving, it is a woman with tattoos on her arms and a nose piercing . I understand that they are not obligated to smile all the time but they are obligated to provide good customer service and unfortunately the attitude of this person is disgusting. I know that the customer does not pay to be treated well but at the very least they should have people who are kind and know how to do their job. What a horrible attitude because the customers do not deserve that treatment.
