I’m very surprised by all the bad reviews honestly. I’ve been going to Chicago bakery for a while now & they have never disappointed me. Every time I’ve been indecisive they’ve always been so patient & sweet with me. The corona cake was from last year & the second cake was from March 2024 & they did exactly as the inspo pictures.Their mango flavor cake is personally my favorite.

Think carefully before spending your money in this place, I will not buy from this store again, it disappoints me for the 2nd time, I ordered my cake for my daughter, and I showed them photos of how I wanted it and the dedication and the number 3 but none of that It happened, and the cake was supposed to be 3 milk but nothing, what a shame with my guests all asking for water to eat that dry cake, I had to buy the number 3 separately and tell them to say "happy birthday" at least,

I have bought many kisses that the decorations are pretty but the cakes are too sweet even if you tell them that you don't want too much candy they always make them too sweet that's why I won't buy there again

I have been buying cakes for birthdays for my family for a few years now but the last few cakes I have bought have gone down in quality so much, my son's birthday cake was supposed to be 3 milks and caramel but it was so dry I doubt it would It was 3 milk, it also had a horrible plastic taste, he couldn't eat it because of the ugly taste and nobody liked it, money thrown away ?

Do not go to this bakery to order your cakes. This bakery cannot follow instructions and will burn your cake. Twice I've ordered here, and I asked for tres leches. The cake was so dry inside that it was crumbling when you cut it and the thick cream was not good. We showed them photos of how we wanted the cake to look, and they did the exact opposite. They don't know how to decorate a cake and what colors coordinate together. Don't go here!Don't go to this bakery to order your cakes. This bakery cannot follow instructions and will burn your cake.
