They never give you the sauces you request & ALLOW you to pick for pick up orders. God forbid you ask for extra they claim can only give 1. The one manager rolled her eyes when I said they didn’t give me what my order said.

Your website says you accept door dash orders until 10pm so I waited to order and it was 9:40 and it blurred out so I can order. Very upset

I found a fly in my Cobb salad and reported it to the manager. They promised someone would follow up on my phone, but no one did. I also asked for a lime after the incident and was ignored. Very disappointing experience with both food safety and customer service.

It’s a great convenience to order in the app and have them bring the order out to the car. Food quality is consistent and their service is excellent. CF makes an amazing salad, not droopy or suspect like other fast food chains.

I ordered a Chicken Sandwich with Bacon wrapped with Lettuce. I called the restaurant due to the lettuce being bad with white liquid under it & on it, no bacon or Polynesian sauce although I ordered 4 of them. I asked to be given a refund due the fact that I cannot eat it due to the quality and the manager lied to my face saying she could only issue a reward and claims she didn’t know why the app said I could so I’d have to call back when the store owner comes to the store. Mind you, the app and website said that I can be given a refund as long as I call the restaurant I was serviced by. (My boyfriend also worked at chick fil a, so I know I can be given a refund. They’re just trying to avoid refund rates increasing or something.)

Also, the fries were overly salty and gave me heart burn so I couldn’t even eat them either!!!

I just finished fasting and I just wanted to have some food I’ve been craving but no, chick fil a said otherwise. (Fasting for personal health)

I personally think it’s very unprofessional & greedy to lying to a customer’s face. I wish I got the manager’s name. I called back and now all the calls are going to voicemail as well.

Ordered take out and went home. When I got home I opened a sandwich that I modified, they left off the modification (cheese). Called the store and was told they couldn’t do anything over the phone. One of the suggestion was to come back and purchase the cheese AGAIN and have them bring it out.

I will NEVER COME BACK to this establishment. I ordered delivery through the app. My order never came I called and spoke to a lady and she said they couldn’t contact me but my food was there. I told them I will pick up my order she said ok. When I arrive the manager stated I cannot get my food because it was sitting for 45 min. Then failed to accommodate me because it was 8 min past breakfast. The main issue is the manager should’ve spoke to me over the phone and I wouldn’t have wasted my time traveling to the location when I could’ve just simply cooked for my 2 year old son. You’ve disappointed a 10+ year customer and a hungry 2 year old.

This was easily the worst chick fil a experience I’ve ever had. Right from the beginning of the ordering, the cashier was very rude to my girlfriend (which was a shock to me as almost all chick fil a locations, the service is always very pleasant). She gave us a lot of attitude when we asked for no ice in our drinks, and rolled her eyes after my girlfriend told her name for the order. Even after all that, we were willing to just write it off as her having a bad day, but when our order came out wrong, and we came up to inform someone, she was the only one available and had no interest in resolving our issue. I never thought I’d have to leave a bad review for a chick fil a, but sadly here we are.

I have been a chick fil A customer for a very long time. It is my favorite fast food restaurant not only because of their outstanding customer service but also the food. For a first time ever and to my surprise during my visit at this location I was denied a refill on my lemonade. FIRST TIME EVER. I was so shocked. I don’t know what’s so special about this location it seems ordinary to me but this is absurd and beyond words.
