Waited 45 minutes for curbside. My boyfriend had to go inside and wasn’t helped for another 45 minutes. This Chick-fil-A is a mess.

Ordered food from their mobile app and put in my spot # in the parking lot. It took almost an hour to get my food, and that’s only because I went inside to ask what was taking so long. The employees were doing what they could during a busy and chaotic lunch rush. The guy I spoke to said there was something wrong with the mobile orders. To the company’s credit, this has been my only negative experience with Chik Fil A to date.

How can all the other fast food and fast casual restaurants not be like, “how can we capture the Chick-fil-A essence of customer service and quality. ????
They have it right. Everything is always on point and the food is always consistent and delicious. Service - “My Pleasure”. Nuff said. Thank you for my meal and a positive and uplifting experience today.

Just received a call from the manager that didn’t really resolve anything at all. I stood for over 20 minutes waiting for my order after issues with the mobile app and had to go inside to place my order. Despite me ordering right in front of the mobile pickup server after being instructed by a server to reorder, another server still came out to verify the last 4 digits of my phone number before giving me my order. This wasn’t a seamless experience at all and it doesn’t make sense to me to have to verify when I ordered right in front of the server and the server knew my name because I said it multiple times. I’ll skip over this CFA next time as there are two closer to my house. I used to love this location when I lived closer but it seems things have gone downhill.

We are here for a family emergency and visiting from out of state We stopped by this Chick-fil-A location shortly after breakfast. Our family we are in town for wanted breakfast and Grace made it happen! We are so appreciative of her for going above and beyond. Thank you to Grace and your wonderful staff.

I only go here for the kids play area. My kids like it. They charge for extra sauce. It's the only Chic fil-a I've been to that does that. I feel like it's going in the owners pocket.
love the remodeling but service is still as slow as before great for door dash but if you are a walk in or picking up a order bring your lunch cause you are in for a long wait

I found out why this chik-fil-a sucks now. It used to be pretty great. I wish I had saved my rewards and used them elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Tina. John, super disappointed but you tried and Tina decided to backtrack everything you said and did not replace my order or my husband’s order.

Slowest CFA location you have ever been to and they get your order wrong at least half the time. Then when you tell them, they are rude about it.

I came here on the way back home from DC. Never been to this location before but I arrived with my 4 year old because he wanted to play in the playground area. Are area around there was not clean at all. And the tables were dirty. I had to clean them myself.

Manuel in the dining room was spectacular! He was kind and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! Food and service was great all around but Manuel was a shining star!
