This is the best Chick Fil A location I've had the pleasure of visiting. I dropped in for lunch and the interior is decorated wonderfully, the tables and bathroom are clean, the food was hot and presentable, and the staff is pleasant.

Staff needs training. They were polite but I used the mobile app & scanned the barcode at the table, which said they would bring it out to us. Always do this at home just fine. Instead the employee that brought out my shake started calling my name wandering around the store. Thought it may just be a new employee but then the same thing happened with our food. I looked at the receipts and both clearly stated zone 9, which is where we were.

This place is awesome. Tony is a fantastic team member, I left very impressed. Maybe I haven’t been to chic fil a in a while but the whole team here cares and it shows. I really hope management rewards this location often because at such a busy intersection, they hold it down.

I came here just a few times, as we don't eat fast food too often - but Chick-fil-A is an exception! The only thing I didn't like about visiting this location is how noisy and crowded it is outside the store. There are different groups shouting into a mic or singing songs outside. The food and the service is pleasant as always though. It is a crowded location. They are temporarily closed but the sign says they will reopen again.

I came to the Chick-fil-A on Colesville and ordered a chicken burrito. At other locations, I’m usually able to get the hash browns on the side instead of inside the burrito, but this location wouldn’t allow it unless I paid for a full order. Yanet was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate me, but unfortunately the manager refused and said it wasn’t something they do—even after I explained that another Chick-fil-A had done it before.

It’s frustrating that there’s no consistency between locations, especially when it’s a simple request. Great service from Yanet, but management needs to be more flexible and customer-friendly.
