I placed a mobile order for grape jam for my food and i was given strawberry. Completely ruined my breakfast

The store is a mess and the servers or representatives of the establishment are rude disrespectful and seemed to be untrained. This is one of the worst stores I have ever visited. I will drive to Rockville Pike to receive we trained and mannered sevice. I reported this store to the owner and management still no satiation nor did the owner respond to my call.

This location can’t seem to distinguish the difference between a 12 count nugget meal and 4 count tender meal. I’ve been to this location twice and both times ordered a 12 count nugget meal and ridiculously enough both times got 4 tenders. I don’t know if this is a scheme or lack of caring, but I feel like this is happening often and to more people than just me. Tighten up chick fil a!

It's not Chick-fil-A's fault, but downtown Silver Spring is ghetto. Every now and then some dude or chick will come through and cause a scene or argue with strangers for no reason. I wouldn't care if it happened once, but it happens almost every visit. I don't think I'll come back to this location again.

Big Spanish /asian looking girl was very rude with her tone and the way she was speaking to me this morning. She needs to learn how to speak appropriately with customers. Very upset about this.Also first time ever I got the chicken minis and they did not seem cooked well at all. Very disappointed.

This Chick-fil-a is terrible, Food is disgusting and the Service is horrible they didn’t, even give me the sandwich that i ordered. I never had any problems with other chick-fil-as this one is just horrible.

I’m disappointed that this location doesn’t embody the Chick-fil-A customer service model. The front line staff spent the whole time talking to each other vs assisting patrons. I stood there waiting for my mobile order to come out (as I was pressed for time) and I had to walk back up to the counter to check on it, meanwhile it was sitting on their counter getting cold. They saw me standing there and made eye contact multiple times and yet didn’t bother to ask what I needed. Even worse the place wasn’t busy at all. As an avid customer I’ve experienced way busier locations and still got great service but here they weren’t busy and their service was lacking, not good. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
