I was ordered a bowl of chicken and extra chicken but they're charged me steak and extra steak, I asked for refund but they don't want to refund they're gave me a little steak instead, that is unfair and I'm not come back there anymore 👎

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this Chipotle location. The customer service was unfriendly, and when I opened my meal, the food was not fresh at all. There was excess water in the bowl, and the ingredients tasted soggy and poorly prepared. I hadn’t eaten all day and ended up eating it only because I had no other choice, but it was honestly unpleasant. I’ve had issues at this location before, and it seems the quality and service continue to decline. I hope management addresses these concerns and improves both the food preparation and customer service.

Poor Customer Service and Disrespectful Treatment Toward Spanish Speaker!!!

I came to Chipotle with my wife, and the experience was very disappointing. My wife’s first language is Spanish, and her second language is English. She asked the employee, Maria Gonzalez, politely if she spoke Spanish so she could place her order more clearly and accurately. Instead of helping, Maria responded with a bad attitude and asked her “why” in an aggressive tone, which made my wife feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Then, when we went to pay and asked the cashier, Kevin Martinez, for a water cup, he replied rudely, saying “no, no water cups,” and stared at us as if we had done something wrong. The overall experience felt disrespectful, and the customer service was very poor.
I also spoke to the manager on duty, Edwin, about the situation. He listened, but I still wanted to make sure this feedback reached higher management because this type of behavior should be addressed.
We come to Chipotle often, but this visit made us feel uncomfortable and unappreciated as customers. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to the staff on professionalism, respect, and how to communicate with customers who may not speak perfect English. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect.

I had a fantastic experience dining in at Chipotle today. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and quick service. The ingredients were fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. I ordered a bowl with chicken, brown rice, fajita veggies, pico de gallo, corn salsa, and a little guacamole — every bite was delicious and perfectly seasoned.
The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated how efficiently the staff worked while still taking the time to listen to my preferences and build my meal exactly how I wanted it. The guacamole was creamy and fresh, and the portion size was generous — definitely worth it.
Overall, Chipotle provides high-quality food, fast service, and a comfortable dine-in experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Today I ordered Chipotle for delivery. The food container was smashed, and the lids were not properly closed. As a result, some of the sofritas sauce leaked out, causing the bag to tear and the napkins to become wet. I reached out directly to Chipotle, but I only received an automated message instructing me to file a claim online. I did so, but I haven’t received any response yet.
Made a big order from Uber and I ask for 2 bowls with no sauces only, it was 4 bowls in total, idk who works there but they didn't put nothing but just the beans sauce rice and meat😡 now I know where not to make a big order, y'all need well work employees not lazy ones 😒
So I kindly walked into this restaurant location. I needed to use the restroom before I ate. It was being used so I waited patiently. After I use the bathroom I wash my hands. But the employee before me did not and how do I know this the sink was dry.
So I get in line to order my food. They having trouble with their register accepting cards. I had no idea of this. I would have not ordered. Man behind the counter asked me twice what steak I wanted. I pointed to it twice and he had problem with my hand over the glass and gave me the wrong steak anyway. So while waiting they were accepting cash only so I left. I go here a lot and I bring my son as well.

A better chipotle than the reviews led me to believe. Everything was clean and stocked. The portions were great (nothing crazy though. Calm down management). I'd gladly come back to this location.
