They purposely don’t give out water cups presumably to save money. This is absolutely unacceptable considering every other chipotle i’ve gone to gives water cups with the meal. Sign of cheap management that is willing to take short cuts to make more money. Go ahead and drive the extra miles to go somewhere else.

I dropped by this Chipotle for a quick bite to eat, and I have to say that I've experienced better service and dining experiences at other locations. I will cut the staff of this location some slack because I think the restaurant was swamped by the amount of people stopping by post-holiday shopping at the nearby Target. While the food was pretty decent, I thought the status of the restaurant was very messy. Most of the tables were filthy, the trash bins were overflowing, and the trays were all over the place. Ok, I will say that some of this is on my fellow Tex-Mex consumers, because some folks clearly did not even attempt to clean up after themselves. Also, I was slightly annoyed because I asked the cashier for a cup for water, which I typically request whenever I visit Chipotle. And, no, I do not sneak and dispense a soda from the self-serve machine into the "water cup". The cashier informed me that the water didn't work, which did not make much sense because the fountain drinks were working and normally one of the non-cola soda options can dispense water or seltzer water. Rather than putting up an argument, I decided to purchase a bottle of water. However, curiosity got the better of me, and the water option in the soda dispenser worked perfectly fine. Like I said earlier, I think this location perhaps was having an off day and was experience more customers than normal due to the holiday season.

Blonde Spanish lady with mole by her lip has serious attitude problems. Waving her hands around in a rushing motion when you don’t decide what you want the first 2 seconds of her asking. Asked her for Salsa on the side twice and when she bagged my food I asked her again since she didn’t the first two times I asked and she LITERALLY rolled her eyes. I understand working in the food industry is hard but you chose to be there, not the customers. Absolutely unacceptable. This happened 12/21/2023 @2:30pm.

After my wife submitted an online order I arrived at the store at the designated time for pickup of 5:30. When I walked up to the pickup window two employees were engaged in a conversation as I stood there - one behind the counter and the other on my side of the window. As I stood there neither worker attempted to acknowledge my presence. I eventually had to interrupt them to request my order. I gave the worker my last name and she pulled a bag off the shelf without confirming anything about the order. When I got home and we opened the bag we discovered that I was given the wrong order. The information on the ticket showed the customer’s name was the same as mine but it was an Uber Eats order. When I returned to the store the worker who gave me the bag was defensive about the mistake and told me she gave the bag based on the last name given her. The correct bag had my wife’s first and last name on the ticket. When I asked another employee if the manger was on duty, I was told the person I was dealing with was the manager. To make matters worse I was very disappointed with the food which I’ve had numerous times. Customer service and food quality needs some work. Won’t be going there again!

When my dad ordered a bowl, they were OUT of steak. My mom & brother had no other chance than to put chicken. The food was nice, but my dad ended up getting a burger from McDonald's.

I ordered a bowl ( chicken) , she put small thin portion in my bowl & she did so quickly . My rice , bean , chicken was so small. This happens most times at chipotle . They don't like to put enough food in your plate. I should have canceled my order halfway,but I didn't.

No one answers the phone. Tried to reach them at2:30 pm on a Friday, but the phone just rang for several minutes before giving up.

This chipotle is just raggedy. I hate when employees act like it’s their company… very stingy even when you’re paying extra. Like ew. This location sucks. I’m paying $20 for a bowl that’s barely filled. The heck. I should’ve gone somewhere else. Don’t waste your money here unless you’re coming for a kids meal.
