Chipotle Mexican Grill

The manager who’s name is Julio or Holio, is very rude, wanted to talk regarding my son who is minor and doesn’t know about hiring/firing procedures, he didn’t even allow him or me to speak, as a parent for minor I had to speak to him, he didn’t talk to him or me, and very impolite which I believe is against the law as well, very rude customer service and communication and was seems like discrimination to a specific race

They're out of business

There service is terrible there through put is 1 person every 20 minutes. Every time I go to this location they are missing something. The line and lobby is disgusting there is no way this is a restaurantuer location I am a former service manager as well. The food taste like they are not following the recipes if you know about chipotle I do not recommend this location at all the area manager needs to make a visit here and make the necessary adjustments. How do you run out of corn it already comes pre packaged all your doing is adding jalapenos and onions to it that's it, I am fed up with this location do not go here.

They give so much rice to hide the fact that they barely give any meat. They raised the price of the meat, and yet there was barely any in my bowl

The worst… the servers are rude. All I asked was for light cheese and no lettuce and she literally did the opposite. Then barely closed by burrito with foil. My burrito was still open. She was upset for that simple request … makes no sense she then toss my burrito in a bag. They were rude to the pickup order customers as well. You might as well close this chipotle down the quality has been mid and is no where as good as it used be in the 2008-2014. I stopped by because I got a chips and queso for free and thought maybe they’ve changed and I should give it a try. I guarantee you it’s the manager and his/her hiring process. Got to do better.

The forks were nasty, Steak was raw, and to top it all off it was filthy all over

Both of these say chicken but I was charged for Steak.
In order to get a refund, I have to drive all the way back. Ill just take the L... Be mindful of these folks, I just wasted $40 on 2 bowls.

The only place with brown rice. Best for bodybuilding. I skip the salsa and sauce to cut sodium and lime. Also they don’t do water cups here because it’s downtown and probably people just stealing soda all day too. So whatever. It’s still the best for me to cut or bulk and it’s cheap easy to walk to no problem

I ordered food thru the chipotle app and doordash delivered it. It took over an hour for me to get the food. And the poor doordash driver had to wait for the food. I’m not sure what’s up with this place but it’s the worst. I wish the app would let me choose which store to get it delivered from but it doesn’t. Wouldn’t come back.

Found a broken part of an avocado pit in my food

This is about the Downtown Silver Spring Chipotle - -The staff and manager(?) here are aloof and couldn’t care less. They just want their shifts to hurry up and end. I haven’t been here in ages, and came for a mobile pickup. Now I recall why.

Their pickup shelf area is in the kitchen, and not out in the open. (Maybe due to stolen orders?) I didn’t know where to find my order. They barely answered when I asked, and just made a grunt and gave an indifferent look standing by the mobile pickup kitchen doors. Staff was all so busy talking with each other.

I think it was the manager or asst manager who responded, because she was busy looking at the staff’s scheduling, and speaking with one of her direct reports. She could barely look up to make eye contact when I inquired.

This chipotle is nasty the food is disgusting 🤮

This chipotle does not provide free water cups and staff were rude about it. Go somewhere else.

Waited to be helped even though nobody was in line - 4-5 workers behind the counter all busy but completely ignoring us - no eye contact, no acknowledgement, nothing. Then, the burrito they rolled couldn't even be picked up because they did it so poorly.

This is the worst the WORST chipotle when it comes to ordering online (DoorDash) every time I order here for my daughter the dashers always cancel. Idk if it’s the store or DoorDash but they are highly unprofessional for this. Please don’t order from this chipotle if you live in the silver spring or takoma area you’re food will literally never arrive and if it does it won’t be great!
