At approximately 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 31, 2025, the girl who works is awful. After purchasing two chicken bawl burritos, I informed her that I didn't have any additional chicken. She assumed I didn't understand what she was saying, so she started cursing me in Spanish with the man next to her.

When I go to chipotle it’s always just in and out. Nothing special. However at this location Julia and Micheal were simply AMAZING, great customer service, enthusiastic energy and made me feel welcomed. Great experience. I’m glad they finally had white rice.

Went to chipotle today and the team didn't realize we understood Spanish. We requested some items on the side and by the time the third item on the side was requested, they began exchanging jokes about the number of side items and how we ordered.

I ordered My food at the wrong restaurant and the employee who works there was very rude and didn't even try to help and see what went
wrong after we told her the name all she said was no and ignored us like we didn't even exist. We tried to talk to her and see if the order didn't go thru or something. This lady ignored us for 5 minutes when we tried to figure out what the problem was. We had over$ 80 on that order....we were disappointed because it was closing time....

As a returning customer, I’ve visited this Chipotle at 907 Ellsworth Dr, Silver Spring, MD 20910 multiple times, but today’s experience was deeply disappointing—enough to compel me to walk away mid-order.

Upon approaching the counter, I immediately noticed how unsanitary the area looked. The spaces beneath the food containers were dirty and appeared as though they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. It was genuinely off-putting and far below what I expect from any food establishment, let alone a national chain like Chipotle.

While I stood there, I overheard a customer asking for water, and to my shock, the staff member informed him that a cup of water would cost $3.75. That price point—especially for water—is unreasonable and felt exploitative.

Between the unclean environment and the absurd water charge, I decided to leave without completing my order. What surprised me most was that none of the staff members asked why I was leaving, let alone expressed concern. In fact, they seemed indifferent—if not relieved.

Chipotle’s service quality at this location has been declining over time, but today’s experience pushed it beyond tolerable. If this trend continues, I wouldn’t be surprised if this location—or the company itself—faces serious repercussions.

Everytime I come to this chipotle the service is terrible, no greetings, rude employees, and today I witnessed the girl with pink hair usings a filthy rag to clean the counter, all the crumbs falling into the condiments and what made us LEAVE was when the DIRTY RAG fell into the sour cream and she thought we didnt see so she never changed it. DISGUSTING

Our server gave disproportionately large and small scoops of different ingredients. Randomly and sloppily plating our order. For rolling the burrito, half the ingredients spilled out as the server nonchalantly continued rolling the burrito with salsa and sour cream dripping everywhere.

When we asked to remake the order as a bowl considering the dramatic mess over the serving counter, our server was despondent. As local residents, this is the first and last time we come here.

Visited this location a week ago and the rice looked dry and hard. I asked for fresh rice, which was a reasonable request. They lied and said they didn’t have any and less than five minutes later, I watched them pull out a new pan. What was even more disheartening was how rude and dismissive the staff was. A gentleman that presented as the manager said that I ‘have to eat what they have’. I have never experienced such poor service at a Chipotle restaurant and obviously staff needs to be retrained. You don’t tell a customer spending their money that they have to eat what you give them….I won’t be spending my money here again and encouraging others not to either.

The manager who’s name is Julio or Holio, is very rude, wanted to talk regarding my son who is minor and doesn’t know about hiring/firing procedures, he didn’t even allow him or me to speak, as a parent for minor I had to speak to him, he didn’t talk to him or me, and very impolite which I believe is against the law as well, very rude customer service and communication and was seems like discrimination to a specific race
