I just got my order and they forgot to add my double chicken and corn in my bowl . :(

The first bite was sour so hopefully I don’t get food poisoning

I’ve gone here for a while, I ordered online for pickup. They forgot to give me 1 of my 3 bowls, and gave me two brown guacamoles. When I opened the two bowls they did give me, they had skimped on everything but rice. They basically just gave me rice.

I didn't like the experience, the first chipotle in a long time since I eat in these restaurants that don't give a glass FOR WATER! Can you believe that? According to the workers, the 'supervisor' does not let them give water glasses to customers. That's so bad! FIRST chipotle that I visit and they do something like this! Bad, bad, bad

Take a scale with you… they’re shorting everyone on protein. I can only imagine my bowl was just as short. Good job manager Micheal who refused to make it right after I went back and complained about my experience.

The staff is good mannered. The food is delicious. But the restaurant is not quite clean.

I generally don’t come to this location but they’re the default for delivery to my location on the app. I ordered on door dash bc MNF. The order took a long time but the food quality and portion was great - it was a pleasant surprise. The stars do align sometimes.

I wasn't happy with my food, the staff were taking too long and messed up other orders. I told this lady to give me pork, she gave me a little amount, i asked if she could give me a little bit more because I never tried pork & i was hungry, wanted to try it. She said "extra?' i said no, a little bit because it wasn't enough for same portion as rice and beans. She gave me a lot after I said a little bit. Completely ignored. Get better staff/service. Who treat us like 'customers.'
Also it was disgusting overall, the pork was burned. Ruined my whole appetite.

This chain is very popular in the places we visited in the USA, we had to try it, we ordered a burrito and it was a good size and had a great variety of beans, proteins, rice, sauces... we also ordered a bowl, both of us liked them a lot, they help with the meal. with more traditional foods for Latinos…

Really wish there was a way to leave 0 stars! I had shreds of pork in my chicken bowl. Store was in complete disarray when I arrived late night to pick up food. Got home and was not so happy to find pork in my food. Called the store the next day spoke with Manager Julio who said he will rely the message to the night staff. Total waste of time and money. Bad enough you have to go through literal hell to access this location (unsavory individuals outside loitering being a nuisance) all for your food to be WRONG or poorly made. He told me I could get a refund if I bring back my receipt. Not looking for a refund, all I wanted was my food. Poor customer service. Just bad on bad. Avoid if possible! There is a much better and more civil location not far.

Delicious and relatively healthy day food. This location is often quite busy, with a long line, so it helps to order them pick up. Parking is also tricky, as it's located on a pedestrian walk way. Toto probably have to pay for the parking garage, though it's free on Sundays.

Online order frequently from Chipotle. Unfortunately I can’t choose which location it comes from. This location consistently sends poor quality food and often incorrect sizes. In particular at least half of the time the guacamole I get is brown all the way through - not just a little brown on top.

They skimped my family on chicken, tried to make us pay double if she added any extra chicken and didn’t have guacamole or corn. The attitude was completely unnecessary and if we weren’t hungry at 9:50pm with other options, we would have left.
