So this is an updated review. It looks like when you go in person they get your order right. The young lady who serviced me had no issues with following food safety guidelines of changing her gloves and making my food all the way down the row. She was phenomenal. There was an unsheltered person in there..a young lady said she would buy him food but I wanted to make sure he was covered so I told one of the cashiers that if she didn't get his food as promised I would pay for it .. the way they treated him when he got to the front like he was stealing food was crazy. He told them somebody was paying for it and I told them if she didn't, I would. It's no reason to treat people unkindly simple because they are hungry. That definitely ruined the atmosphere and took away from the service

Out of all Chipolet this one is the most cleanest one i been too and there food is always fresh i recommend.

Just went in and got a kids meal because I’m not so hungry asked for a salad dressing and they charged me 1.60 and said it’s bc I was getting a kids meal. I’ve been avoiding chipotle all together but the staff doesn’t seem to care about quality customers service so I’ll go elsewhere where. Oscar the manager who made the decision to charge for dressing shame on you and I hope people finally stop

The food was absolutely delicious, and both the tables and bathrooms were clean. However, what I appreciated most was the customer service. Rosita prepared my meal exactly as I described, and the rest of the team—three other girls whose names I unfortunately forgot—were incredibly nice and friendly. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced at any Chipotle location.
