So this is an updated review. It looks like when you go in person they get your order right. The young lady who serviced me had no issues with following food safety guidelines of changing her gloves and making my food all the way down the row. She was phenomenal. There was an unsheltered person in there..a young lady said she would buy him food but I wanted to make sure he was covered so I told one of the cashiers that if she didn't get his food as promised I would pay for...

Jessica and her team are amazing! We got a catering order and it was so delicious and everyone loved it. Everything in the order was perfect, on time, and the service was great. Thank you! We are so glad this. Chipotle is so good!

The food was absolutely delicious, and both the tables and bathrooms were clean. However, what I appreciated most was the customer service. Rosita prepared my meal exactly as I described, and the rest of the team—three other girls whose names I unfortunately forgot—were incredibly nice and friendly. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced at any Chipotle location.
