My husband and I both had a drink at our table before dinner which was delivered within minutes. Our prime rib dinners arrived quickly and came exactly as ordered. We had a perfect evening and can't wait to return.

First of all, having a place to go to get a decent meal on thanksgiving day is already a huge plus. On top of that, having a decent menu that is not restricted to the boring turkey and mashed potatoes option is also great. Our server, Jules, was very sweet and attentive, giving us his honest recommendation on the day's offerings was an additional bonus we appreciated. The food was good, the beer and wine selections were well matched to the dinner options, so we each could find things to enjoy with our meal. The only two downsides I can think of were the cold metal chair we had to sit on (normally used for outdoor seating) with no cushion provided, and the arctic blast that came right at us each time someone opened the door to the restaurant. No one was to blame, but we wished we had a luckier seat assignment, like some other diners who sat in nice and cozy booths. All in all though it was a pleasant experience.

I have been to this location on several occasions and the food has been pretty consistent with good service. The staff were friendly, but my steak and my Dad's were not cooked to our requested temperatures (overcooked) and our server was not the best. She may have been new. She didn't check on us as frequently and seemed a little less knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great and we had a pleasant experience.

The food was wonderful and served quickly. Although neither of us purchased the traditional Thanksgiving meal, our choices were well cooked and tasty. The staff was outstanding in greeting us and providing service throughout our time. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a table of approximately 10 people who were extremely noisy and that made it difficult to hear the server at times. Other than that, we were extremely pleased with our visit and we plan to return again soon.

Service was great but food was lacking, asked for a medium rare steak and it came closer to medium/medium well. The steak was also on the salty side. The salmon was good but the green beans looked like it was mixed with fresh and bad green beans some of the green beens were very dark navy green while others were very vibrant green looking fresh. I didn't return the steak due to the fact it was late.

Amazing food and great vibes!
This place seriously blew me away. Everything from the moment we walked in was awesome — super friendly staff, quick service, and the smell of the grill had me hungry right away.
I got the steak and it was perfectly cooked — juicy, flavorful, and packed with that smoky grilled goodness. The sides were just as good!
The atmosphere is chill but still feels special — great spot for hanging out with friends or a casual date night. You can tell they really care about the food and the experience.
Definitely a new favorite — I’ll 100% be back!

Amazing dining experience overall. My sister was in town this week & had never been to Copper Canyon Grill, after visiting we will definitely be coming back! The New York steak frites I ordered was cooked to perfection & each bite left me in awe. My sister ordered the Hickory grilled filet & had the same disbelief. Every drink we ordered to the table had a vibrant flavor of its own that we both fully enjoyed! The server was very kind and attentive to our needs & menu questions as well. 10/10
The food was amazing, perfect ambience for date night. My girlfriend and I only get 1 day a week and we usually come here for our 1 night out. Drinks were fantastic and service was friendly but efficient!
