Absolutely amazing, tasty, and impressive! Not only would I order from them again — I keep trying to think of reasons to order again soon.

I found them online and placed a last-minute cake order for something a bit complicated, something other bakers had said they couldn’t do (or would need more time to pull off). I was very lucky they had a little extra time in their schedule before the weekend and agreed to take the order.
Since I had never used them before and it wasn’t a referral, I was a little nervous (I even almost bought backup cupcakes from Wegmans — I’m so glad I didn’t!). But when the cake arrived, I was so impressed. They did an even better job than I’d hoped — they really nailed Mimikyu! And the cake tasted great, too. The birthday guests were impressed, my kid was thrilled, and honestly? So was I.

we order cakes every year for my wife’s birthday and Creative Cakes NEVER misses. every cake looks and tastes amazing. this year we did a one piece theme and they nailed it! Exceptional! Their cakes are not only DELICIOUS! But the sculpting and decorating is an absolute work of art. Incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Each interaction has been so pleasant and easy. I have truly nothing, but the highest praises. I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else for a speciality cake!

I had a very positive experience with Creative Cakes. I needed a cake for an engagement party and Randi walked me through everything. I was unsure of what I wanted and she helped me crystallize an idea which was not very traditional and then proceeded to exceed all expectations both in design and sheer yumminess! Communication was top notch and very responsive. I will enthusiastically return to Creative Cakes for the next special occasion and recommend them to all.

The staff is extremely rude. The level of professionalism is zero. I spoke with the owner Randy and was cut off multiple times and short into our conversation asked if I was a computer??? And then after I said no.. told me to prove it? Really disheartening experience

Best bakery in town. We go there for birthdays, baptisms, baby showers, weddings. They are beautifully decorated and equally delicious!

I love Creative Cakes!!! For years now, they have been the go-to cake place for our family. Their professionalism is always top-notch; Randi and her team really want to make sure that they get your cake just right! The cakes always taste fantastic, and I'm always impressed by their artistry and creativity. I'm attaching a variety of cakes they've done for our family over the years. Our cakes have always been ready on time, and Creative Cakes has been great at working with us when deliveries are needed. Three of my favorite cakes from them have probably been a Hungry Caterpillar-themed cake, a Mario Kart cake, and a cake showing all of my daughter's favorite stuffed animals. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the years to come!

I selected Creative Cakes as the baker for my wedding events and couldn't be happier with the level of service and delicious cakes they prepared for me!

We did a tasting in the store, which was short and sweet (figuratively and literally). Placing our order and scheduling pick-up was a breeze! All the goodies were prepared on time and packaged securely for transport. Pricing was transparent and fair throughout the process.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Creative Cakes to another bride and groom.

Extremely rude. Didn’t even ask me how I was doing when I walked in. I asked the lady who was sitting to the right a question and her first response was “what”!! I will never go back there or recommend to friends or family!!!
