I am a huge fan of Crisp and Juicy, but I'm disappointed at this location. The food quality is not as good as the other locations. They even wrapped the sandwiches the wrong way. This caused the sandwich to sweat and the bread is wet and soggy.

The price on the board is different than what they actually charge us on the combo. Also the sandwiches are bland and with no seasoning and the chicken was drier than a riverbed during a drought . The cashier lady was rude when we asked her why the price on the combo was different the board.

The chicken tastes good but when you buy family they don't give you the real menu. I bought a family with tiger nut rice and they gave me rice with only soy sauce. It didn't come with anything, just the scrambled rice with sauce. They give you what they want.

I ordered a Latino sandwich, my first time, chicken tasted like it was in contact with surface cleaner! Just one bite unable to finish I bring it to the cashier explaining the issue and the only thing he did was tell the kitchen staff that chicken tasted bad, I put it in the trash and left Honestly a very unpleasant experience
