I was eat in this Restaurant because they’re said HALAL but don’t have tut certified Halal in the door or on the wall then has Halal on on the menu. While the serve bacon too. For all muslim who shopped or plan to shopping here please ask the owner the certification first, order and bring it the muslim community gathering!

They are supposed to open at 9am. I went to pick up an order that was placed online. I arrived at 9:40 and they were not open yet. I waited and about 5 minutes later someone arrived and opened the doors. He offered no apology at all just “running late, it’ll be ready in 20 minutes”. I will never recommend this place nor will I ever go there again!

Ordered in person & took out. Restaurant not looking very clean. The chicken leg I received looked like it had bites taken out of it (before being cooked) - crappiest chicken leg I've ever seen. The other piece was supposedly a thigh - barely any meat - lots of batter. Collard greens were unpleasant. Very disappointing. Would not recommend

Horrible food got 13 piece fried chicken with 3 sides. Sides were disgusting. Asked for partial refund & got a run around that was masterful. Clearly no intention of making good on their inedible food.Dishonest in the extreme.

AVOID The location in Silver Spring Md. It believe it is dishonest and the mngt is poor (the two often go hand in hand). A main course item I paid for was not delivered. And when following up with the manager....who sounded like an asian male with very broken english...he was from the very start... rude, combative, unapologetic and refused to listen, take responsibility or offer any sort of resolution as a measure of good will. The bag arrived tied/sealed shut with all other items packaged perfectly, so it did not appear like the delivery personhad removed anything. The person walked slowly and normally to my door...not as if he had just taken my food. Let me also add that this was a fried chicken item (came with waffles) ordered 9 in the morning....perhaps before they wanted to/or was set up to prepare the item. Door dash refunded but I wanted a better understanding of what likely happened before i left reviews..and decided whether Id order from there again in the future. I spoke to the mngr calmly, clearly, did not raise my voice ..yet he continued to cut me off, blaming the poor Door Dash person (who Ive never had missing main course items with before)...and ultimately hung up on me. As a comparison, I first accidentally called another location (Waldorf)..and the manager there handled the matter professionally and perfectly..as a manager should.... before I realized it was the wrong store. So...the issue is definitely the manager at the Silver Spring location. I'd avoid that location as a customer. And Id be very careful picking up an order here as a 3rd party delivery service; they may quickly blame you for missing items they likely nvr put in the bag.
