So I unfortunately come here several times a year due to my niece and nephew and fight nights. The food is average bar food. Service is hit or miss, but subpar overall based on my experiences. The worst part for me is the beer. I always try to order a draft beer at first, but I have not finished a draft beer in over 3 years. The beers I have had on tap have all been disgusting and a result of what I can only describe as bad beer lines. I’ve mentioned this to management. Management has the same response—they blow me off. I know what bad beer tastes like as a result of bad beer lines. It has a distinct skunky flavor. So if you choose to come here, or are forced to come (as in my situation), don’t order draft beer. Order bottled beer only. I would be happy to never come here again.

The arcade was nice, but the restaurant service was a complete mess. We arrived hungry and both orders were wrong. The server was rude, and when my friend’s order had to be remade, it took another 40 minutes to come out. The whole experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. This wasn’t due to being short-staffed either, as there were multiple servers and only a few tables. Do better! 💞

Customer service was great! Food was great! The games were amazing and the experience was FANTASTIC!
Special thanks for the excellent customer service from Koby, and when we return, we will be requesting him. My son said BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!!
We used a kiosk at the front. No staff at the front desk. Super easy.

Being there for a party and although the food and service is good, the atmosphere is not too much. The chairs are in a really bad condition. There is not focusing in cleanliness: many games are sticky, have ketchup… really nasty.
However, that is the fault of people that isn’t educated enough.

Get the guy with the glasses off the bar ... he is confused and dont know what he is doing , igoring ppl at the bar ..
This evening, I brought my family to the Silver Spring location, excited to enjoy dinner together. Sadly, the experience was incredibly disappointing.
My mother was indecisive about what she wanted, so we began with drinks and appetizers while we decided on entrées. Our server, Autumn, took our order and brought the appetizers, but then completely disappeared. For over 40 minutes, we sat waiting, without plates for our food, without extra napkins, and without a single check-in to see how things were going. We finally had to ask another staff member to find her, and when she did return, she laughed and said she was rolling silverware.
As someone who works in restaurant management, I know side work is important—but it should never come before taking care of guests. To completely neglect a table, never check if appetizers were okay, and fail to take entrée orders is unacceptable. It’s not just bad service, it shows a lack of care and awareness for the guest experience.
What made this worse was Autumn’s response when I gently gave her the same advice I’d give one of my own servers: that she should have checked on us and rolling silverware wasn’t a good reason to leave guests waiting. Instead of taking that feedback with professionalism, she got defensive and gave us attitude. That reaction, after already dropping the ball, was disappointing and disrespectful.
My family and I would have happily ordered more food, easily adding another $60–$80 to the check. Instead, we left frustrated and let down. Dining out is meant to be enjoyable and memorable in the best way—not for being ignored, left waiting, and then met with rudeness.
This was not the experience I expected, and it left a sour impression on what should have been a nice family night out. I hope management takes this seriously, because no guest should feel this way after spending their time and money here.

Booked a table for my daughters' birthday. The entire experience was clumsy. Server was nice but seemingly overwhelmed as he dropped another tables' plates. There was no acknowledgement of the birtgdays although the allergy was acknowledged, meaning they got the bite I wrote. We needed a manager to activate the gold pass because we told, "oh, you want a physical card?" which was baffling. But it seemed like the whole staff was baffled. Everyone was crowded by the host stand. Couldn't direct us anywhere. Just "over that way" all night. No one but a police officer was waking around the ganes to help people or monitor the premises. 0 staff. Then there is a leak in the ceiling near the womens bathroom. No sign at all. No warning. Leaked on my damn facec waiting for my daughters to exit the bathroom. No arcade. No billards. Plenty ganes. It was fun, that part. The bar was also cool. Bartender had it together. Pricey drinks but worth it to walk around with a cocktail while the kids have fun. Food is pretty meh. Not bad but not really appetizing either. On the way out, no good bye. Barely any acknowledgement. I dont know if they do that but it's pretty standard guest service. Wasnt offended but wasnt impressed. Im gong to go back and probably just play the ganes with the kids. Its a great arcade with a bar. But much like a dive bar don't expect good or even competent servicec here. This is NOT the place to celebrate ANY occasion. For parties, take your kids and go to Chuck E Cheese
