Service was truly bad, they racially profile people that come in. I had a horrible time celebrating my sons birthday & asked to be compensated due to the foul treatment, the manager denied, also tried to Re Identify me, after going down stairs for air after i spent a great amount of money, my son couldnt finish his game because they wouldnt let me re enter to get my ID. Please fix the management & the way you all handle people & things, not everyone is from that area to know what goes on!

The bartender was great and very Informative, he also made good drinks. Wait staff are slow and seem not to know the menu. my food was cold. Oh and a glass of wine is 15 DOLLARS Unless you catch it on happy hour.

Slow service at the restaurant even though it was pretty empty. The food was also very bland and definitely not worth the prices.Not sure if this all D&Bs but the games are programmed in a way where you can lose A LOT of money! You can keep tapping the card before playing the game. My niece wasted 100 points playing like 4 games because she kept tapping it over and over again. They shouldn’t allow the games to keep charging points after one round is played for.

We got to D&B and it wasn’t crowded at all. Took the youngins that were the host, 15mins to seat us. Now sitting down for dam near a hour before a waiter come and finally decides to take our order. Horrific service. So we decided to go elsewhere. Right across the street where the service and food was phenomenal. Thanks again D&B but never again ??

I really enjoyed the service I received here, but the food was somewhat bland and drinks weren't the greatest. Idk if it was possibly just an 'off' night. Bc of the overall good experience &how attentive & efficient the servers were I'd be willing to try it again on another occasion.

The table was ready at the appointed time. The food was okay. However the service was horrible. We were a party of about 15 and our party members arrived at various times. We ordered food as people arrived. However, the first woman who sat down did not get her food until after one of the last people to arrive had gotten his. (He had arrived perhaps an hour later.) We kept reminding the server and he kept forgetting what she ordered and/or that it hadn't been delivered. He was at first trying to rely on memory for our orders, but he kept forgetting. So our orders often arrived incomplete and/or inaccurate, including drink orders. The restaurant side of the facility at the time was less that 50% filled, so a rush period wasn't responsible. When it was time to pay our checks he was similarly disorganized. I don't remember thinking anything bad about the food once received. But this disorganization probably meant that we were sitting at the table longer than need be and therefore took time away from us playing the actual games the D&Bs are known for.

My son was completely scammed at Dave & Busters Silver Spring. We came in for President's day buy $20 get $20 game play. What they don't mention anywhere in the promotion that if you spend more than $20 then you don't get the extra $20. We bought $35 recharge only to be told that you have to buy exactly $20 to get the added $20. If those are the rules then that should be clear before you purchase. The management at this location is also the most condescending man. We're not ever returning here.
The service here is usually a gamble. We went for Super Bowl Sunday and it was actually fairly decent. Our server, Pablo (I believe that’s his name, it was so loud), definitely tried to keep up with the demand. The place was fairly packed during peak game time and it was just busy throughout the dining area. The food was pretty good and didn’t take too long.We tried dining at this location before and it was disappointing. We were seated by the host and the server never came to our table after 20 minutes and we walked out.
