This was really really awful pizza. Nothing like the pictures at all. They kept saying New York style but they definitely have never been to NY. It's way too much cheese, and there's whole basil leaves still in the sauce. Horrible flavor. It's hard to mess up pizza but they messed it up so bad I had to actually spit it out. I'm just thankful we got wings too because those were fine, but I hated that the blue cheese came in packets. And way too expensive for what it was. We also ordered can soda from the menu but they gave it to us in take out plastic cups, with a lot of ice so it felt like we didn't get any drink at all. And it was a different price than what was listed now that I look back at the menu. Disappointing is the kindest word I can say. It's such a cute little place too on the inside. This place is so close to where we live we were hoping it would become a regular place. Definitely not going back.

ABSOLUTE 10 OUT OF 10 PIZZA! Genuinely unbelievable that people are leaving anything less than a 5 star review bc the building is slightly confusing. Yes, davinci's is inside of another building. No, that has nothing to do with how easy it is to order or pick up the pizza. Astonishing that people are so incompetent that they can't rub two brain cells together to find an establishment. This is far and wide the best pizza I have ever had in my life. My employees, every time I offer to buy lunch, they want this. I offer that there's other food available, but no, everyone (including myself) is obsessed. This is a 5 star pizza spot, don't let other people's lack of critical thinking skills steer you away!!!
We’ve loved this pizza for years and I’ve recommended it to many local friends; but recently the quality has really dropped. Plus the online and phone ordering has been very unreliable (they never received our online order; we called and they placed the order for a Pacci brick oven pie when I had order davinccis NY thin crust). So many times we’ve waited 20 min for them to make our pie and still gone back because it was with it but given the recent decline in quality we will be finding a new spot.

I was too hungry to get a picture but this was awesome pizza. It's a confusing place because DaVinci is served out of the Pacci store front, but the NY style DaVinci pizza is incredible. I'll get a picture next time and update. People leaving anything less than 5 stars are tripping. Stop ordering 3rd party delivery and then leaving bad reviews for the restaurant when the delivery part falls through.
So, the place is actually called Pacci’s Trattoria. If you plan to go, don’t look for Davinci’s Wings and Pizza. The name is nowhere on the bldg.. That’s the starting point to which you begin to realize that the service and attention to detail is severely lacking…ugh. To make a long story short, I initially ordered online. The pizza was never delivered and the person on the phone at the restaurant said there was nothing they could do. They use ChowNow who uses UberEats, so cancelling and getting your money back actually happens through a 3rd party. Given that I was hungry and curious to try this place, I drove in to order and pick. Really wanting to make sure they didn’t take the old pizza I ordered and, simply heat it up and give it to me. Well, that’s exactly what they did, then forgot to add the pepperoni I asked for. When I brought it up to the cashier, she simply took the pizza to the back, had them put pepperoni on top, heat it for 30sec and give it back to me. I also ordered several types of wings…and I asked for all flats. The cashier asked the cook if he could provide all flats and he said yes. Needless to say, when I got home, neither of the 3 orders of wings I had were only flats. They also forgot to add the blue cheese dipping sauce I requested. The food was actually tasty but they get a 3 star rating because ownership not management are paying attention to the details. Get the orders right, update the name so people aren’t confused when they arrive to an address with a totally different name. And finally, figure out how to deliver your own pizzas or at least when delivery doesn’t work out, have a better answer for customers who are hungry and disappointed in your establishment. Davinci’s…Pacci’s whatever your name is. ?
Pizza is really good especially for DMV. Your getting a really sold pie for a good price. Nothing fancy or gourmet. Just a large thinner crust New York style pizza, for about $20. Order online and it will be ready for pickup at the time you select. I would recommend to pickup a few minutes before your pickup time to get your pizza straight out of the oven.
I was really getting my hopes up for this pizza when I read the website descriptions and reviews that call it New York Pizza. Maybe it’s because I’m from Philly, but I wouldn’t call this New York style pizza. It was good pizza and we ate it in a matter of minutes but it was not what I expected based off of the pictures presented on their website and Google banner. People should know that they are the small brick oven pizzas. Ours were also very thin in the middle so much so that as soon as the slice was picked up the toppings immediately slid off. I’d suggest they remove the stock photos of totally different pizza off their website. I’m not saying we won’t be back, it was good, but I won’t be craving it.

Ordered online looking for a local pizza place. Not bad at all. Cross between neapolitan and NY style. The wings weren't great but will definitely get the pizza again.
Ordered a large pepperoni pizza for carryout. It was tasty, had good cheese good sauce and the crust was great (and I'm not a crust person)! Thanks DaVinci, we will be back!
Best large pizza in Kensington
First and last time customer. Very rarely do I leave a review comment but this was a bad experience. I ordered delivery online through their website and did the veggie pizza minus the olives. The pizza finally showed up 90 minutes later, undercooked and cold covered with pepperoni and olives. I called and tried to be understanding, but they immediately told me they use doordash so the delivery time wasn’t their problem and made no excuse for the wrong toppings. They didn’t even apologize or attempt to make it right. To be fair, the pizza was good after I cooked it completely in my own oven.
Delicious new york style pizza.
