Looking at the reviews it looks pretty bad, but in my overall experience living nearby, I love it. Store-Pick up is the greatest thing imaginable because no other store has an option where you can pay at the store. Also shout out to the people working there, they lowkey chill asf.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience ordering from Domino’s Pizza. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst interactions I’ve had with any food delivery service. 1. Delivery Issues: The delivery driver exhibited a nasty attitude and refused to bring the order to my door, insisting that I come downstairs to retrieve it. This is not only unprofessional but goes against the convenience one expects when ordering delivery. 2. Excessive Delay: The order took over an hour and a half to arrive. Such a delay is unacceptable, especially when no prior communication was made to inform me of any issues or delays. 3. Customer Service: When I called the store to address these concerns, I was hung up on by staff members. This level of disregard for customer feedback is appalling and suggests a serious lack of training or accountability within the team.
Overall, this was a horrible experience, and it reflects poorly on Domino’s as a brand. I expected much better service and professionalism. I will think twice before ordering again and will be sharing my experience with others to caution them about the lack of quality and care.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to prevent such incidents in the future.

Delivery from here has gotten very slow. Luke warm pizza is the norm. The store either needs more drivers or more competent drivers. The other eve the driver wreaked of weed. Scary to think how many stoned pizza drivers there are on the road these days.

This franchise clearly stopped caring. Ordering online, in person, or in advance it simply doesn't matter. Food is never on time and quality standards are none existent. Try Papa John's on University or another pizza option nearby.

Worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I will be emailing district and corporate managers for my delivery driver telling me he didn’t care once i told him i had a family member coming down to grab our order. I am handicapped. When i called the restaurant I got placed on 10 min holds FOUR TIMES and no one seemed to care so there will be a lawsuit involved. I have ordered from dominoes about 5 times in the last month or so and each time the service was not the best but tonight is my final straw. Not one manager nor employee cared to take my call after calling 5 times. I am hurt and disgusted, you do not treat handicapped people as such!!!!!!! Yuck!!

Fast, friendly, great for the price if you use the app + coupons. Always use coupons and carryout, and you cant go wrong. Parking can be limited.

Look at how my pizza was delivered. I called the location and I was told I had 2 options. #1 void the transaction and get a refund within 2 days. #2 Make the pizza again but I would have to come pick it up because delivery time is suddenly 2 hours. Thanks for the refund but never again.
i always order here by accident meaning to go to the georgia ave but when i get it here it's always good, i used to live by this location i loved walking through sligo and going up to get a pizza
